Worst experience I have ever had, please dont leave your Motor Home with them, quoted me ten days to replace the awning, 29 days later it came back in worse condition then when I left it, finally with a repairer of my choiceThey guarantee their work but wont give you a scope of workI wouldnt leave anything of value in the van eitherSTAY AWAY from them

We used caravan fix for our 2012 cormal lifestyle and was told by insurance company that they are the best...after receiving my caravan last Friday I have noticed that nothing was adequately fixed and the repair was poor.Unless your van is new I would advise you to do your research

I would not advise anyone needing repairs and renovations to their caravan to go through this company. Ovoid them. We had our caravan there for almost a year and they stripped the caravan back internally quite quickly and were quick to send the the bill for that. The easy part (the cream) after that the caravan was put aside and rarely worked on and when it was worked on the workmanship was poor and in fact we eventually had to take the caravan out of there and finish the job ourselves plus take the caravan to its original manufacturer to repair some of Carvan fix poor workmanship. Also working in with some staff was difficult and frustrating as a lot of excuses and untruths were thrown at us as to why the job was taking way to long. Do not use this company.

Do not leave your van with them.Van returned with other problems after being picked up.After 10 months of being stuffed around my van is is going to another repairer to fix damage caused by them that wasn't on the initial claimDidn't show up to an appointment to pick the van up and wasn't told therefore wasted a whole day time and fuel.Be careful with your insurance provider as they will refer them first as they are the cheapest.Such a bad experience I still can't believe it.The invoice on what was repaired and all the other duties is a scam.No wonder we pay high premiums.Covid tax to pillow protectors and so on.You might be lucky the first time, I wasn't, Avoid at all cost.

Do NOT use this company for servicing! New grease on top of old grease! Brakes not checked properly. Wish i read other reviews first - what an absolute fraud this “business” is!!!

I found Brett (the Manager) very professional and great to deal with. His communication was excellent, the workmanship extremely good and turnaround was, I thought, efficient. I highly recommend them. I know where we will be going for everything from now on.Thanks Brett

DO NOT leave your baby with these guys. I can only describe them as an incompetent cowboy operation. They certainly do not care about you and your van.Had some repair work done via insurance with them. The work was not only shoddy, but they also managed to damage the van while in their care. The van had to be returned to them to fix the initial work, but also repair the damage done. Through the entire experience they seemed quite indifferent to their service and mostly defensive of their clear ineptitude.Also, each time the van was with them they kept removing my D rings and I had to pester them to get back (very annoying when I went to pick my van from storage for a weekend getaway). Once they just took it off someone else’s van in the shop. Additionally, they had the van for over six month due to supply chain issues. During this time they did not charge or disconnect the battery, which now needs to be replaced.It’s only for brevity of this review that I don’t list all my complaints with them, such as rude staff. I have driven around Australia and dealt with a number of caravan repair places. Most places take some pride in their work and service. Not this place. Slap happy without any care. Avoid like the plague! You have been warned.

Great job on my caravan brakes and bearings..easy to communicate with on issues, work done very quickly…will be going back for scheduled services

Terrible experience. I booked in some repairs 4 months ago (I understand most repair shops have long wait times, so no issue with this). Sent them a list of all the repairs to be done and even went to the trouble to send them photos and as much of a description as possible so as to avoid any further delays). On the day I went to walk around with them to show them the repairs to be done and they said they would only do repairs if I went and got the parts! Even then the technician said go to Carac and get the parts and do it yourself." They only wanted to do services......I couldn't believe it. I got them to service the wheel bearings and have now found another fantastic repairer who was happy to do everything. AVOID at all cost! There are much better companies out there to look after your pride and joy."
