My uni used these guys for our graduation photos so I had no choice but to deal with them. First, their photographer was so handsy, he made me & my family uncomfortable; he didn't ask if we were ok being touched, & he ended up ruining my hair for my photos.Then, despite their website stating that photos from graduations will be posted the next day, mine weren't available until about a week later. Their website is also really clunky so when trying to order my photos, I had to get in touch with their customer service to confirm what I was actually paying for.I ordered a basic digital package for $215 which provided All of your studio photos delivered in high resolution... Files will be cropped and colour corrected"; it also stated all digital photos would be emailed by 'WeTransfer' within 5 business days.After 2 weeks

Paid 39 dollars for a digital unedited picture. Spoke to someone from headquaters. Seems to be a thing to rip off students. I do not recommend this service or even other students to purchase their graduation pictures. A total rip off. Universities should reconsider better alternative services.

Worst service! Been waiting for our graduation photos to be edited for ages. Called them a few times and the guy on the phone kept saying someone will contact you. So far nobody. I could see the whole raw background in my photos. They didn't even crop it. I paid $240 just to receive raw unedited files. I can't even print them.

If you want graduation photo done, go engage a better quality one. I got it done out of convenience, they attached to the uni graduation. Just like other's comment photo quality is ordinary and overpriced. Worst of all is I had to go through all the pain trying to find my photos (they gave me the wrong customer number, in the end I had to scroll through the whole lot of other people's photo to find mine. Now, I have paid for my digital copies, but I can't get any download after 3 weeks since I have placed the order. Don't bother.

I just made a phone call and arranged for my gown, went over, paid and picked up. Great service, great staff.

The photographer doesn't have a detailed touch when taking school photos. Even if you as a parent send your children neat, it is understandable that they could get messy hair/uniform by the moment the picture is taken, which the photographer would not care to fix a little. My child closed her eyes for her individual picture, and that's what we got. So unprofessional. These are keepsakes; they should show a little bit more detail and care.

Had purchased a couple graduation photos in digital and physical format but they somehow managed to send the wrong physical photos 2 times and seem to have given up after 5+ phone correspondences. It also took about a month for the correct digital photos to show up.I honestly wonder what kickbacks the Universities are getting because I would rather sprain my ankle halfway through a hike than deal with these blokes.Props to the photographer on the day though he did a great job and managed to get some good shots.

Absolutely trash photography company. Overcharges me yet cant edit basic pictures (lighting or fix glaring). Why UNSW even choose this business to begin with.

First google review ever but I really need to give this 1 star review. overpriced for low quality photo, they are charging almost $50 for a non-centered photo. very disappointing.

I paid $54 for a cameo video at the University graduation ceremony. Instead of recording me, they recorded other's students which is extremely disappointing. In total, I paid about $400, which was definitely not worth the money. I wish I knew that so I could take some pictures with my phone. SUPER EXPENSIVE WITH POOR SERVICE.
