Great service as always.And, they never rip you off like some mechanics do. I had my daughters car serviced yesterday. The next day she was having trouble releasing the handbrake, so she couldn't drive it and I was at work so couldn't help her. I called and Rob kindly offered to come to her house and sort it out. He did this straight away. That'sgoing above a beyond. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a service.

We had a 40,000k service. Rob was very professional and helpful. I was on a time constraint with my booking but as promised he was earlier than required.he rang me to advise additional work had to be done explaining what that was and to get my ok. I was v very happy the courtesy.

A return customer for several years. Have tried other mechanics and always end up going back to Ultra Tune Sunbury. Rob is always willing to squeeze you in, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s happening with your car, rather than assuming you won’t understand and dumbing it down. Always extra attention to detail and done with a smile.

Old owners were great, very ordinary since changing owners. Asked for a quote 3 or 4 times to get my lifters done. Rang up a few weeks later and he couldn’t even remember. Considering I’ve been talking my car there for over 10 years it’s not good enough. Found someone else to look after my vehicles.
