Got accused for have something in my bag that was produced from my work with our brand name on it might have been the owner but I’ve been in there twice and alway seem to have a problem when I look around for something I’m after not sure what kind of customer service that is but not going back

I attend Nova Pharmacy Frankston a couple of times each week and cannot fault the current owners and staff here. The service is impeccable and very personalised, with staff taking the time to understand your issues and situation, then responding in kind with treatment and assistance that is suited to your particular needs.My 3 1/2yr old daughter is always treated wonderfully when we visit and just adores everybody here - It never ceases to amaze me how far out of their way staff will go to make sure we're well taken care of and know that they're always there to help.Cannot speak highly enough of, and definitely recommend!

The pharmacist & staff are always polite, friendly & really helpful. I changed pharmacies awhile ago & it's so nice to now have a pharmacist who's not only professional, easy to talk to but someone who comes across as caring about you & your situation. Very happy with Nova Pharmacy!

I've been through a few chemist & met quite a few Pharmacists but this is one chemist I won't need to leave. Besh & his staff are the nicest caring people you will meet. Besh will always do his best to make sure his customers are happy & looked after. My children are always welcome & are treated with kindness. I thank you so much for listening when I'm having struggling days. I always walk out with a smile.

I have been going to this chemist for approximately 4 years ! In that time I have had nothing but great service from the girls and bish ( the pharmacist ) Always takes the time to hear what your saying , He is always happy to help in whatever way he can as are all the people there ! I would recommend anyone who likes to feel there cared about to give this chemist a go ! In this day and age , It really is nice to feel like people care, And Bish and the girls do that , Thankyou,. Great people Lara and Selwa ,but have been having trouble getting certain things (scripts,ect) and they run late most Thursdays without Lara a bit disappointed. I'd hate to go elsewhere but may have to to get stuff that they used to get . Sad get our orders made pls

A belated but heart-felt thanks to late pharmacist Beshoi whose death rocked many of us hard. He was a fantastic and genuine human who related to every type of customer the pharmacy has. Thanks god we still have Carolyn and Lara who have eased the transition. I can only urge them to fill the position of pharmacist permanently. It's difficult for all the temps. I can recommend the place and, if your script is more expensive than you expect just ell them and they'll price match to the best of their ability.

Asked for keytone test strips, got home, checked keytones only to find the reading extremely high. Checked the keytone strips only to find they sold me blood glucose test strips. Would’ve thought the pharmacist would know the difference between keytone and blood glucose test strips!Won’t be going back there again!

Absolutely stellar store! Would give it more stars if I could! The store is well stocked, competitively priced and the staff provide excellent service every time you step through the door, always doing their best to match you to the exact product you need.The real stand-out however is the owner and chemist Beshoi.
