They took a long time, didnt properly repair what was wrong, did minor damage and then acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked about it.

Terrible service they had my welder for 4 weeks when I chased them up only to have them not get bet back to me, this happened twice over 4 weeks, after 2 months I got a phone call to say machine was fixed when I looked at the docket they charged for things that were not asked for, took the machine back plugged in and not working at all, machine was worse than when I dropped it off, rang and spoke to the manager who was rude and un sympathetic, they took the welder back and quoted 5x the original price to repair, terrible service and highly recommend not using this unprofessional buisness
