H&R Block Tax Accountants - Toukley

I tried H&R this year due to my previous accountant letting me down terribly at a crucial time for sole traders during Covid. From the moment I spoke to Norm I felt reassured that my tax return would be processed in a timely manner. Norm went above and beyond, keeping me informed and accommodating my needs quickly and efficiently. Quick and easy

Had the most awful experience with a tax consultant Liz Bell today. This woman was rude condescending and had no idea what she was doing. The rudeness was just appalling I have been left speechless at the complete lack of professionalism from this Tax Consultant just appalling I had to to stop the consultation and leave immediately I have never been treated so appallingly just shameful behaviour.... Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this unprofessional and rude so called tax consultant... Shame on you not to mention she stated I didn`t earn a lot so I must not work a lot............................... Just appalled...........

I did not go to H &R Block. I repeat I did not enter these premises nor did it enter my mind to do so.

What a joke well done one being the most useless pack of half cast unprofessional morons I have have had the dis pleasure in encountering. Not only after 9 days you haven’t even lodged my tax return your service would be better preformed by half whits. I shall be in Thursday to receive a refund of your charges and take my business to a more professional set up

Always great accounts,, number of people in there team,, happy to answer all questions and in our case prep our tax return,, very happy with the result,, always make an appointment and you can get a $25 discounts for referring a friend,, take the stress away and there fee is tax-deductible,, see you there
