Just don't buy Miele. As good as their products are you need to deal with the most incompetent and unhelpful numbness imaginable if there is a problem. Everything is a nightmare.

The operator kept telling me there was no such model number - I was reading from the manual. Not interested in putting me through to anyone who might help me. Only interest was quoting an outrageous cost of having a repair man come out. I have now replaced it with another brand - I'll do the same when the other two Miele products show a problem.

Worst customer service experience. Delivery of non working dishwasher, failures to return calls, failures with delivering when advised, failure to answer emails. Will never use this company again. Hopeless to the extreme. I am not the only one, your recent google reviews are all one star. Someone at Miele really needs to start taking notice and improve the customer service of this organisation.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!Bought an oven with this company, it had many faults they kept changing the parts now it’s has failed again they come out just to tell me they do not have parts anymore so now I have a useless oven that I paid so much money for and so many issues just to have it not working again. They also knew that they discontinued the parts but still sent someone to inspect and charge us $187 never buy anything from them again.
