Ron Baker had a mission to sell my property for the second time within 3 years. 3 years ago the market wasn’t good and I missed out on the deal and Ron work tirelessly. Recently the same house was sold $30k more and again Ron had many opportunities and yet again it nearly didn’t sold well past the extended contract. Ron would not give up and would constantly updated me with a plan to get it sold.His commission is very competitive and would have 4-5 staff on open inspection. He would update you on the number of turns out and pretty much have one signed contract each week if it is not the right asking price.Ron will work for the seller’s interest and if the buyer need clarification Ron would have a 3 way calls and this is unheard of with other agents I’ve dealt.I would go with Ron again due to these factors and he will do his best to get it sold. If you don’t want an agent to inform you after hours then go with big name agents with higher commission rate.
