Help Employment & Training

I would like to say help is one of the best employment support agencies I have been with, I haven’t been with them long but they have helped me out so much. They are great with assisting you for getting a job, helped me out with fuel to go to my interviews. Re-did my resume to spruce it up a lot. Definitely worth it compared to a lot of other agencies who just want numbers, help sees you as a person not a number.

Attend HELP today at North Lakes and met with Jolene, who was very welcoming and kind.This is by far the first time I have been to a service provider and felt as if they did cared about their clients needs and requirements.Jolene was very helpful, able to answer all of my questions and provide honest feedback as to how HELP, can actually help me.

Peter and all the other staff at Help North Lakes have been nothing short of amazing. They not only do their job well, but they genuinely care about you and your progress. Peter has helped me every step of the way with getting me back on my feet job wise and has also helped with my general self confidence. I can’t thank and recommend them enough!

Honestly Hannah made my day!! This girl knows her job! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Friendly, clear & informative, supportive with my circumstances, she actually does the research on my profile prior to calling me, she relates and offers the best solution to make my life easier. I’m so grateful for the call! She definitely deserves to be recognised! Hannah deserves a pay rise!

I came in today and spoke with cune who sat me down for 5-10mins explaining the process and even though she unfortunately couldn’t do much because I wasn’t on disability she was able to still give me amazing advice and even some places I can apply for. I believe she is the right person for this industry and an asset to the company. Hope her future endeavours are prosperous and happy.

Very good customer service. Always willing to be helpful. Nicolle Read was my consultant, she was lovely, very nice, helpful & answered any questions I had. I built up a really good rapport with her. North Lakes is so much better than Redcliffe, at least they care & don't treat you like a number. Thank you North Lakes for your kindness & patience. It makes the , looking for a job, process, bearable.

I am new to these guys and have nothing but praise for all the staff especially Kara and Cune. They honestly took so much time to make sure that all was in order and had a deep discussion on what is out there and helped with everything I needed. 5 Stars and thank you Kara and Cune for your tireless efforts that have payed off.

Perfect! I walked into the building and there was lots of room for people and their mobility aids, and was greeted by a lovely worker, Cune! Despite not having an appointment she helped me to to work out an informal plan that suited me as well as offer expert advice on a my specific situation, 5 stars would recommend! :]

I'm a client of Taki. She has been absolutely incredible and helpful in every aspect since day one.I've gone through some medical issues these last several weeks due to a couple of fractured ribs. Taki has not only been supportive and helpful with my current employment. She has also gone above and beyond with her support for me during my medical issues and more.I've made it my mission to find employment close to home and Taki has been wonderful from helping me to print resumes and suggesting one place in particular. That place called not 20 minutes after filling out an application form offering an interview.Help Employment is lucky to have her on their team. Couldn't recommend anyone else. She's absolutely amazing.
