Haven't had a problem with the doctors, but the receptionist was too busy organising her personal life and although I spoke to her on my way in and gave our name and appointment time she didn't mark us as arrived. She was too busy speaking to another client about purchasing his car and was on her mobile phone checking messages and chatting to another staff member about it. This resulted in her sending through 2 other patients who had appointments after me, leaving us waiting when there was no need. So I was left sitting in the waiting area with a visibly sick and upset baby who was screaming and crying the whole time, and she still didnt think to check why we were sitting there and others who had bookings after us and had literally just walked in were being seen instead. When I asked if we were next I was told we should" be

only come here if you have no other choice. Have been hear numerous times because other clinics arent taking new patients, every single time they are behind schedule 25mins+. last appt, waited 40 mins before i gave up. no apology or alternative time slots offered too. when you do see the doc, the appt is normally rushed.. unfortunately not a pleasant experience over a few years

I have visited this clinic multiple times with my kids and always found them to be thorough and helpful . However today that was not my experience at all far from it. I had booked for a referral as my doctor at my normal clinic is away.The female doctor (i think Dr Umasugi) barely let me finish my sentence or explain why I was there before saying she won't help me. I was then left in the room whilst the doctor went to reception to loudly moan who booked this appointment and why was I sent to her.There was no offer to even listen to me or see if anyone else could help I was just met with rudeness.Unfortunately my experience today has put me off returning and I would no longer recommend to others. Very disappointing attitude from a professional doctor who has a duty of care to patients.

Easy to book online for a next day appointment. All staff including doctor and reception are super friendly and helpful. Wait time was 30 minutes if that. Had to see nurse afterwards which took longer as they had a medical emergency to attend with ambulance. All up 1 hour visit - they bulk bill and patients are seen to very quickly. The place is clean and tidy. I will be using this MC from now on as it is much closer to my home.

Very friendly, understanding Doctor. Was seen on time and bulk billed. Very efficient being able to book online. Recommended.

Very helpful and pleasant. Nice to know you can rely on face to face medical help over the weekend without having to front up to an emergency department. Other practices could learn from this and maybe help alleviate the busy emergency departments.

Been attending the clinic for 5 years and have no reason to look elsewhere!. Front desk always sweet and understanding in person and over the phone. Never encountered a rude one. Hardly any wait time unless it's a really busy day or during covid outbreaks.GPS are quick and very professional. No complaints . Keep it up!

I just moved to the area from NSW and when I booked my appointment they told me that they were taking on new patients. So I have my appointment explained my condition and the medication that I am prescribed for it and provided the new doctor with my old Dr in NSW name which he googled and found the Drs phone number and address. He told me that he would have to discuss it with the other Dr that worked at the practice and he would call me the next day.So the other practice Dr calls me the next day and told me that they are not taking on new patients with such a complex condition and that they could not help me at the practice and I was basically not welcome there.

Fantastic Dr and he made giving my 7 month old baby immunisations a breeze. He was caring and interactive. Recommend this practice!

Dr. Mustafa is very approachable. He will surely look up to your concern, takes time in attendinh and will refer you to the best specialists if necessary. I couldn't thank him enough for doing immediate action to what I can do immediately for my arthritis pain. A very dedicated and supportive doctor!
