Lovely staff, very caring and gentle. Unfortunately the building is quite old with rickety stairs and poor parking, and I keep thinking I'm going to fall on the steep, wobbly ramp.

Fantastic experience!!!! Took my son there today for second opinion.....Another dentist in Warrnambool said he needed root canal treatment and 16 fillings!!!! Quoted $1350+ all 16 fillings!!!!!At Lady Bay, we were seen on time, all staff were courteous and professional.... said he needed 2 fillings which they did and bulk billed. Would highly recommend this practice....

Worst experience for both my daughter and I. We left in tears. Do not take your child there if they have anxiety. The dentist lied and said we would be getting happy gas as my daughter has high anxiety and then on the day refused it. spoke to both of us in a condescending horrible way. This particular dentist has no patients with children and should not be treating them.

Lady Bay Dental Clinic
This is my first time and the last time to use this clinic. I went there to have a regular check up. I told them I came to have the regular check up, which costs less than $70. But they did a lot of things without notice of price like taking scan and useless cleaning my teeth. Actually, they found that my all tooth are good and no need to treat. Finally, they asked me just less than $300 on the day. But, when they found my face a bit loss, they discount $10 friendly. They ripped me off. Never use this clinic in my life.

There's only one place to go for your dental needs in Warrnambool - Lady Bay. Dr Tran and the team are highly skilled, professional and are always up for a good yarn. Not only are their prices the best in town, their work is light years above the competition. Dr Tran makes going to the dentist pleasurable.
