Our brand new Leibherr fridge never worked from the day it was delivered. Andico customer service was notified first week of November and today is Christmas Eve - no replacement fridge. After repeated emails and calls asking for a replacement fridge by Christmas, we have been badly let down. Customer service went very quiet on the lead up to Christmas, despite me saying we’d take any model that was available. The customer service from Andico is appalling and we wish now we’d installed a Miele as we have done previously - they work and the customer service is first class. I strongly recommend you don’t deal with Leibherr and therefore with Andico Australia.

We have an older Falcon cooker that needed 2 new oven door catches. Rang on the Monday and they had arrived by Wed. That was from Melbourne to Tassie. Unfortunately only 1 was in the packet, so I rang them on Thursday and the missing catch arrived the next day. Can't get any better service than that. Thanks to the helpful staff. And merry Xmas. -:)

Andi Co has extremely appalling customer service when it comes to the falcon. What is worse is that they don't advise you about what is needed to be done when you buy this oven.Please consider to add an extra $5k to your bill when you have to get your electrician to do the following :Switch gear needs to be reducedSwitch on wallIsolation switchSwitch gear reduction on Switch boardConnection to ovenAll this needs to be done as regular ovens are 2 kw ovens. This is a 8.6 kilowatt oven.On top of that, you need plumbing which is :Gas connection in cupboardFlute to put through the roofCowlDektiteAll we ask is that Andi co and their retailers advise the customer and be explicit on what may need to be done, so that we, as customers can get an estimation on what the extra costs may be.The oven is great, it's the service that is poor.They don't communicate with the customer as they feel they are in demand, and where is demand, i felt like we received poor customer service. Very poor.

We purchased a Falcon Stove. They rang and enquired regarding delivery, but then denied ever receiving the call, despite me having phone records to say I did. We are still waiting for our stove! Not even an apology or follow up to try and remedy the situation.

Appalling customer service – obviously have an internal code similar to that of doggy insurance companies ie continue to deny and reject all claims as a matter of course to frustrate the customer to the point they give up.My expensive Liebherr GrandCru wine fridge malfunctioned and instead of a maintaining a well-controlled humidity it become very wet leading to internal mould build up ruining the wooden shelves and wine labels.Their explanation was “this has nothing to do with our fridge and was the result of your wine corks introducing mould into the fridge, or your environment being too humid , no way did our fridge contain mould it's not our fault try cleaning it with oil of clove.”When I pointed out the error of this logic the obnoxious reply wasyou can email my supervisor but it's of no point as they will just say the same thing as they have told me what to say."..This explanation is ridiculous and incorrect . Mould spores are everywhere and are air spread but mould only thrives in wet moist/humid conditions. The growth of mould was clearly due to excess humidity and moisture inside the fridge which should of course not happen if the fridge was functioning properly.If you look at the other reviews you will see - only 1 and 5 star reviews ! Read between the lines and you will see 1 star reviews are detailed and believable

The worst distributor we have ever dealt with.They make ordering a nightmare with crazy bureaucracy and mess up orders. Then when something goes wrong with a product it takes an unacceptable amount of time to fix - if it is fixed.We have a DOA freezer and it’s taken 10 phone calls and 4 weeks for them to tell us they can fix the freezer in 3 more weeks. We are losing sales. Our customer is losing sales. They would not allow us to swap over the machine ourselves which would have taken 2 days. We are not buying anything else from them. This company has acted in an appalling and unprofessional manner

I wrote a previous review complaining about a poor response I had to my stove delivery. I wrote in haste because the next day I received what felt like a genuine and sincere response to my concerns. My faith in this organisation was immediately restored. Not many companies acknowledge their difficulties as this company did. Well done.

They don’t deserve one star.Andie Co were extremely difficult to deal with. They were rude and unprofessional. When I made my complaint they responded with “oh well”. I purchased a Falcon cooker from Andie Co in November, it was to be delivered December. 3 months later I am still waiting for the cooker because Andie Co had sent the cooker to the wrong address. Andie Co were unable to say when they will rectify and deliver the cooker. So I cancelled the order.

I purchased a Falcon Nexus Steam oven from andi co and it arrived broken. I have called andi co so many times to try and get it sorted out and not once has anyone called me back or followed anything up. Today after many weeks of trying to get some customer service I finally received a phone call from one of their 3rd party warranty/service agents in my area who informed me that the soonest they would be able to come out and look at the item would be in a month- they also had no idea what the appliance was and were not familiar with falcon ovens and had never heard of the oven that i have so I am doubtful that they will be able to fix it at all. The most disappointing thing about this experience has been the complete lack of customer service. I deeply regret this purchase but the thing I regret most is purchasing it from andi co as even if they eventually fix this issue, if anything goes wrong with the oven in the future I will have to deal with them again and that is the most awful feeling. Do not buy from this company- I am sure you can get the same products elsewhere. I am also annoyed that I have been brought to the point of writing internet reviews, which is not something I would normally do. I am so unhappy at this point that I will be engaging fair trading to help me sort this out.
