Whale City Butchery & Bulk Meats

My family paid for $400 voucher to be used for a birthday present. Gary the owner was happy and pleased to have the money he wasn't to happy when confronted about his staff ripping off $120. Due to lack of cameras and security nothing can be done to recover our money. Please buyer beware do not purchase a credit with Gary you will be ripped off.

Ordered 6 single cryovacced 10 mm slices of Topside Steak.. Instead they gave me 6 slabs of Round Steak up to 35 mm thick. PRETTY POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE..STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

Tried them for the first time today. Good quality beef. Tender and the price was much cheaper then the supermarket we use. Very good staff who were so friendly. Will be telling family and friends to try them out.

They are not only wholesale, they supply the best meat consistently from my fav cut of the rump tail aka Wagyu) to Goat

Gary, I had a very important day on Saturday, I turned 60. It was special to me. I was so looking forward to meeting up with all my family and good friends at my BBQ as we don't get together a often as we would like anymore. But, I was so very disappointed with the meat that was given to me. It was so tough and full of gristle. I was extremely embarrassed and all the waste, as half steaks were put in the bin. I just hope Gary that you think about how you treated me this afternoon Monday 18th October. You know that was not the best meat you have ever tasted. Your butchery was recommended to me my good friends up here who could not believe that this was the meat I was given. So Gary thank you for the service I was given. Annie Little. Helpful staff. Got some good value rib fillet sliced to order and very tender.

Helpful staff can get smaller quantities than pre pack if available @ very reasonable price

This butchery is a very awesome place. They even had tri-tip an awesome bbq roast or just sliced for steaks. Great meat at excellent prices with fantastic service.
