I found my experience with Commodore Wreckers Exceptional.They have saved me $2,000On two separate insurance claims.Spending $400 with them will save me $1600 in the long run.Because of there experience and expertise,its a no brainer I thoroughly recommend them.

I had my vy ss ute in to get the power steering rack replaced.. it's been about 4 or 5 months since they did it and the whole power steering rack has come loose, I can't drive my car and have to spend another 180 on towing and then the price of a new steering rack o. Top of that. What a joke I will never be taking any of my cars back to them.. that is just shonky workmanship... thanks alot for the hole in the wallet. It's not like everyone is struggling enough ATM.

Thanks to Sharon and the team of mechanics they fixed the engine oil leak I had underneath the sump. Did a really great job with no more leaks. Also fixed the fuel lines on my commodore vn. Thanks Sharon and the team at Southport wreakers.

I have attempted to deal and buy parts from these guys 3 times. The first time was an Ecu. Where I was advised I had to buy the whole kit not just the Ecu unit. I was so desperate. So I paid $600 (very overpriced) When the mechanic there went to fit it, he told me it was not the right part. Where did I get it from? When I told him it was him, he refunded me for the parts, but charged me $100 to take the wrong parts out, and put in my original parts back in. Today I rang up to buy a purge hose. Sharon didn’t know what it was so asked me to drive in so I could show the mechanic. I drove in and spoke to the mechanic, showed him what hose I needed once again, they tried to sell me purge hose, the purge solenoid, and the other hose connected to it which was not needed. They then agreed to sell me the purge hose by itself ,but wanted $120 for a used one. I walked straight out and purchased one from eBay Brand-new genuine Holden part for $40 and $10 postage. Their response was they can’t compete with the Internet. I also asked if they could look at another problem with my car, which was missing at $80 and shaking when idling. They told me to book it in, and they always charge $120 to put it on the scan tool Then I will give you a quote of what is wrong with the car and if you don’t want to go ahead with it, you still have to give them $120 for putting it on the scan tool. If I could give them zero stars I would. They don’t know what they’re selling. They sell used parts more than they cost for brand-new parts And you’re $120 down before you even asked what’s wrong with your car?

Had my vp in 2 different shops as it wasn't running and they couldn't find the problem, I left it with southport commodore wreckers for one day and they instantly found the problem and i drove it over 200km home with no issues, definitely will be coming back in the future

Phoned up and spoke to a gentleman on the phone and got quoted for an interior blower motor for my vz. They were good on price. When I arrived I collected the part from Sharon, she was lovely to deal with. Friendly peopleThanks guys
