I have purchased several items over the years, and I love the different pieces that are brought it. Whenever I wear them I get lots of comments. The service is exceptional. Great communication at all levels. I can only buy online as I live too far, but the website and FB page always has great pics of sales and products. I'll be back!

I purchased 2x Von Treskow necklaces from Jewel of the Bay earlier this year. They were one of the only stores selling a particular necklace I had my eye on. There was a minor cosmetic issue (uneven tarnish) with one of the necklaces and I contacted the store about an exchange. After taking a look at some photos Roger offered to have his team even out the tarnish for me, and the whole process was very quick, professional and friendly. Thank you Roger and the Jewel of the Bay team!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... STAY AWAY! I spoke to a jeweller on Monday who advised that I was able to go in on Tuesday afternoon after I finished work to get my engagement ring re-sized. I turned up at 3:15pm and was advised by who I am guessing was the owner that they were not doing it today.! I advised that I was coming in as I was made aware that this could happen after I finished work.. They had no other customers and looked like they were just moving the store around.. I said OK I will come back tomorrow after I finish work and again advised that they don't work past 4pm and will not do it.. He didn't even take a look at my ring so had no idea in the amount of time it would have taken.. He advised to just leave the ring and they will get it done.. I was definitely not comfortable in leaving my very expensive engagement ring with him after the way I was spoken to and was advised 'Well thats your choice isn't it. Maybe they should advise customers not to waste their time in coming to the store if you are going to be treated so disgustingly.. The gentleman I spoke to on Monday was lovely and had no issue with the time that I told him

I purchased a Von Trescow ring from this jewellery store. I was not sure what size to get so I called the store and Rodger was so helpful. He helped me find what size of the ring I am and the postage was super quick. I will definitely be purchasing more jewellery in future. Thanks so much!

My partner and I were in this store during our stay in Nelson bay in February. We were served by a gentleman named Micheal and a lovely mature lady. We would highly recommend this store as their service, friendliness and level of care was outstanding. They were very helpful in providing suggestions and trying their best to find what I wanted. They matched it with a great price so we purchase three pieces. We had so much fun! We will definitely be back to see them again!
