The lady who does the services, she is very very rude. Every time i visit she says me to wait cause she will take her break. Like every time i go??? I had to wait atleast 20/25 mins to take the service even if its not busy at all. It happened with me quite few times. I could ignore if she talks nicely, her behavior is just so bad, poor customer service. I have no option to go anywhere else, cause this is the closest brow threading near to my place. They are in Edmondson park too, that is better though. But that’s bit far from me. Anyway, highly request to imrpove the customer service and please train your employee.

Zero customer service skills. I went fairly regularly and was generally pleased. Last few times I felt like I was interrupting her. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel’s back, she was incredibly rude, she was hunched up on the bench in the booth watching something on her phone. I went elsewhere and wouldn’t go back. Plenty of other places appreciate their customers money.

The girl who does my brows there is good at what she does however i dont think english is her first language, please be kind and remember if she doesn’t talk much it’s because of that. She always keeps my brows looking on fleek !

If I could give a zero, I would.I walked to the waiting and the worker was busy doing someone else's brows. So I just thought to wait patiently for her to finish before she greeted me. Ten minutes went past and she finished the customer. The worker walked towards me so I asked for threading and she just walked out. I said excuse me, and she said - 'I'm done'. I said sorry what does that mean, and she said, closed and walked off.This was today at 445pm - online it says they close at 5:30pm.She left the little store completely open, her scissors and tools were still on the table. Eftpos machine still out. But she had walked off and down the escalators.I would have had no problem if she had just told me she already took her last customer and was closing before I waited for 10 minutes.

Worst experience ever!! Narellan shop outside of Target. If I could do 0 stars I would!!My regular eyebrow threading lady in Oran Park was booked so thought I’d try this place. From the first moment the lady was so rude, I asked if she had time for eyebrows & she barely looked up from her phone and then just gestures with her head to sit in a chair. There was no care or time taken, she did the quickest job which actually hurt (doesn’t usually with my normal lady!). My eyebrows and top lip took no more than 2 minutes! No exaggeration! When she finished and I checked, not only had she made 2 small patches in my brows (from being too fast so not precise enough) but she also make the corner of my mouth bleed because the thread picked up my skin & not just the hairs - again because she didn’t take her time!When I raised this with her, she couldn’t have cared less, and basically just shrugged her shoulders. Worst $30 ever spent! I will always wait for my normal brow lady now, she is amazing, takes her time & only charges $15!

I went this morning to brow designers narellan for threading. The lady, I don't want to mention her name, was very rude and acted like why I came to her shop. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. So I asked her if she was ok and then she said come. Very bad experience.

The lady at the store seems to be mentally unstable or suffering from some sort of trauma. She is extremely rude and always seems to be depressed or stressed. Sometimes she wanders off and doesn’t return for about 30 minutes. She has also messed up my eyebrows on different occasions. I would go to her out of convenience. But now, I will never go back.

I went in today and the lady was so rude, she told me to come back on 15 mins, so I did.When I came back she had nobody there and I said to her, you told me to come back in 15 mins and she said abruptly I don’t think it’s been 15 mins. She then rolled her eyes and pointed to the chair.She started banging her equipment on the bench as she was looking at me and rolling her eyes.I got up and told her, don’t worry about it.Honestly I run a business and if I treated my customers that way I would no longer have a business.She definitely does not like what she does.Worst ever service ! I reported her to information desk in the narellan town centre.

If only I could give minus rating to this store. I walked into the store and was told there is a waiting of 20 mins as she was working on another customers eyebrows. so I just waited outside the kiosk. And within 2 mins another customer walked out and I kept standing outside when the lady was just sitting idle on the chair. Then she comes to me rudely and say you need to come back in 20 mins to which I asked her what is the wait for as she was sitting idle. She replied rudely that she on her break. Absolutely no manner at all how to deal with customers. Zero customer service. Never coming back here. I hope whoever the owner of this place should see this and really do something about this staff.
