Can’t thank Michael and the team at J Farren Price enough. They were patient and professional every step of the way and were able to sell me one of my “bucket list” watches. Made for a very special birthday.

Over the last few years I have been dealing with Michael at J.Farren Price and could not have had a better experience with him and the rest of the team.They are extremely knowledgable about watches and always willing to talk about the latest releases or developments in the industry.The customer service is excellent, even taking the time to help my sister pick out a special wedding watch for her partner.Overall I could not recommend more.

I called in to J Farren Price, I live in Perth WA and frequently travel to Adelaide on business.I have had limited success with Rolex waiting lists in WA. I emailed prior to my visit to enquire of appointments, appointments re not always required.I was seen with by the senior representative, as I thought the Rolex demand is still very high and supply is still limited.They did have a very good selection of models to view. I visited the store J. Farren Saturday 12:00 (19/11/2022) and it was so busy. Got attended at the door by Yu-Chin and she politely told us to come back in 30 mins. I came back and I cannot fault her customer service, she’s very nice and provides a great service considering her being so busy.Even I’m settle to a piece that I want (Santos), she is still happy to chat about other pieces. Sometimes shopping experience is very important to me. Her knowledge, professionalism, communication are all absolutely impeccable. She show me and my wife options for the type of watches that will suite our liking. I absolutely will come back for more purchase.

Michael from J Farren Price is an absolute legend. He is keen to understand customer’s preferences and requirements, discuss the options and offer the best advice. Michael, being a massive watch enthusiast himself, has a wealth of knowledge to offer and is a very pleasant guy to talk & deal with. He went above and beyond for my recent purchase of Omega Speedmaster and came to showroom from his scheduled leave to deliver the watch on my birthday. Amazing watch store and great experience, I picked up my explorer here after a nine month wait, exactly a month before my birthday. It was delivered when promised and Michael is a great communicator. Have also bought straps in the past here as well as sent my Omega in for a service and received it promptly as well as being kept updated on the process. Can highly recommend for purchasing, servicing and accessories especially if you are local. Have largely dealt with Michael and Molly and both are realistic, honest and down to earth.

Visited the store on a weekend and was given friendly and non-pushy service. Very helpful with models I was interested in and advised me that the colour I was only available at the watch boutique itself. Have since made a purchase from the interstate boutique and am grateful for the service from J Farren Price despite not purchasing from them on this occasion.

I purchased my Rolex Datejust - Oystersteel, Everose gold and diamonds (12/04/23) from J. Farren Price. I was looked after by Yu-Chin (Jennifer) and she was so lovely, kind and accommodating. She had made it such a wonderful experience and I could not thank her enough. Naz was also so friendly, helpful and had also accompanied me whilst I was choosing my watch.
