We purchased a lot of the bolanburg range for our lounge and dining room. We are terribly disappointed in the quality of the furniture. Our furniture isn’t 12 months old yet and already the tops of both dining table and coffee table are peeling/chipping. They have been repaired through warranty and no sooner was that done both tables have started to peel in different places! Our furniture is under warranty until June 2023 and we have been told Ashley furniture will not repair the peeling table tops again and that the damage is wear and tear!! Never ever again will I purchase from Ashley furniture.Worst quality furniture we have ever purchased and DO NOT and will never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

very poor quality and also customer careDo not buy from them as their products has very poor quality, I bout dining set and after 1 year 3 of dining Charis torn apart, I had purchased also a separate warrantee for it which they reject to fix it due to their business problem during Covid! however they still sell Warrantee to new customer!I sent email month and month several time and they still keep ignoring me!do not waste your money on Ashley product and also their Warrantee!

Retuning customer, already have one of their beautiful lounges and needed another one. Very helpful with measurements, style, matching my current furniture. Provided quotes and all the info for me to go home and decide and re-measure. Placed my order, can’t wait for delivery.

DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time ?! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic.

All our best furniture in home is from Ashley. I just love their products, quality and last but not the least, unbeatable price. All in all it’s value for money. And the cherry on top is the staff is very helpful and friendly. They give all their time to meet clients’ expectation. I highly recommend Ashley furniture.

Joanna was very helpful, sweet and a great salesperson! As soon as we walked in she came straight to our aid and made us feel at ease instantly. We had such a great experience and would 100% recommend to others and would glady come back.

Their stock is beautiful and so unique! Joanne was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We loved dealing with her and were able to purchase something we both loved for a great price!

I can not speak highly enough about this furniture store plus their customer service. Vicki was absolutely wonderful when showing us couches & a recliner chairs. She fully explained which recliner would best suit us (my husband has had spinal surgery, so it was important to choose the right one!) Also, she was very approachable & really friendly. The furniture arrived today & we are extremely happy. Also, the delivery men were very friendly & helpful. Thank you. Would definitely deal with this shop again !!!

We were satisfied with Jason's & Joanne's good customer service with not only selling us furniture but assisting us with the delivery instructions when we had issues bringing furniture to the second floor. They were very polite throughout our dealings till the items were delivered on time on Xmas eve, which seemed almost impossible. Would recommend anyone to check this shop out. A big thanks to you and the team and making this impossible deal, become possible for us.
