Walked in to an empty restaurant and was greeted by two girls who looked me and my partner up and down and didn’t say a word. Then when we asked if we could have a seat the workers were sarcastic and rude. Then when we sat down at a table the girls were looking and laughing at my partner and I. It was a very unwelcoming and cold environment with poor customer service

Walked in on a spur of the moment, thinking it was a Portuguese restaurant. Didn't meet our expectations but decided to stay and the food (grilled lemon chicken and a chicken cesaer salad) was surprisingly good.

Had to follow up missing items from our order. When asked to speak with a manager there wasn't one on duty. Eventually spoke to senior team member who offered we could collect our missing items however we paid for delivery with door dash. Then was offered 'free items' next time we ordered but as I explained we've already paid for these items so they aren't technically free. They eventually offered to deliver our missing items within 20 minutes. Over an hour later we haven't received our missing items. Food is good, service needs work.

Without a doubt, an absolutely fantastic establishment. Very happy too accommodate to any delivery requirements. MEL is absolutely fantastic, she was very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.I very much recommend Beneditos for your culinary delights..Ordered ribs, pizza, burger, chips and churros.. also some amazing sausage things.. WOW Everything was amazing!

Dear Readers,I have been on a tantalising sensation of taste, and the place that I experienced this was Benditos Shepparton.Oh dear readers, Portuguese food, is the best, juicy chicken, pita bread, dips, fabulous tasting marinades on succulent chicken tenders or ribs. Combine this with their crispy fries, both sweet and white potato fries, seasons Portuguese rice. You are well on the path to a delectable, delight of epic proportions.Upon arriving you are greeted by a modern looking shop front, classy chairs and large tables and small, bench seating of single chair.All very comfy and make for a very comfortable dining experience.The customer service is truly the highlight of this restaurant, gracious hosts that gave us an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. We sat down at the table and plum forgot that the restaurant does not do table service lols. Yet the server was so gracious to us, and said 'I have always wanted to do this' LoL's. We tried to insist that there was no need but our host was happy to. Please know this was a once of, there is no table service at this restaurant.However for a taste of Portugal, please look no further than Benditos, the food is great with even better customer service.
