Wanted to buy a used car as I've just moved, I had some quick enquiries to make and couldn't fully answer the e-mails to the salesman's satisfaction so he gave me a lecture for asking him for an estimated turnaround time for processing. It was such a turn off and I immediately bought another car elsewhere.

The whole team were friendly and professional and I never felt pressured into anything.
