Initial service was a failure, but service person quickly back on site and rectified obvious problem overlooked and printer back in service speedily.

worst experience ever! agree with many people below who had bad experience .Due to mandatory windows updates their printer stopped working and they still force us to pay the rent for a printer that is not working! you will regret if you sign a contract with them! very unfair business.

I must say the service and attention I received from Don Lombardi was exceptional and the tech support from Ryan was was superb, his knowledge of your product was amazing.I will have no hesitation in recommending Abacus to any person looking for a copier with great backup

By far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company ever. The accounts department is beyond incompetent! I have felt totally ripped off by this company as they got me to sign a contract without explaining it properly. BEWARE!
