Ingenia is not the greatest at running an Over-55's retirement village. Mainly due to the fact that they tolerate under-55's (and we are talking way under 55) residing in the park, breaching their parents lease for over six months and don't seem to respond to concerns raised or move the underage parties on like they should.Especially given the under-55's pay no fees and yet use the facilities unattended while fee paying residents can miss out. And theunder-55's don't care, walk around the park drunk after dark and generally carry on like a pork chop when confronted.if you cant get your core theme of over-55's right, what can you get right? Not much, and it shows with unhappy residents and those who break rules with seeming impunity. Expect this place to head the way of the Bronx.Unless there is a change in attitude by management, if your looking for a peaceful over 55's experience go elsewhere. Which is a shame because it was a good place before all the dramas started and could be readily fixed if they just enforced the bloody rules.
