Specialty Wine Tours

The French Island Wine Tour hosted by Graeme and his Company Specialty Wine Tours was a lot of Fun. Not only did we taste beautiful wine, but we got to meet the local people, see the French Island wildlife, go to all the Island attractions and see all the beautiful views of the Island. The Accommodation and meals were top class with the lodges position providing magnificent views of Western Port Bay. Based on my experience I highly recommend Graeme and Specialty Wine Tours for any tour.

We had a glorious, relaxing and enjoyable day. Bassine Cheeses was welcoming, staff delightful and cheeses and local produce delicious. Philip Island wines was stunning and service was great. Purple Hen Wines was picturesque and staff friendly. The wines were lovely. Rhyll Cafe & Bar was a wonderful lunch stop. Finished at the Gurdies Winery - what a view!Graeme was a wonderful host and treated us all to a memorable day.

I have been on a wine tour twice now with this company and had the most amazing experience both times. Graeme was easy and so friendly to deal with when I was planning my sisters hens day with his company, there was no request that was too much for him. On the day John really shines with his expertise in wines. I hear that other places use the bus driver as the tour guide and also as the wine expert but with Specialty wine tours, they have a bus driver, a wine specialist and Graeme the owner all on the tour with us which makes it a very interactive day. I will never go with any other company because we had the best experience here. Thank your Graeme and team for everything :)

We went on a Whale Watching / Wine tour at Phillip Island. Wow what a wonder experience with Graeme who was a fantastic host.

Had the best weekend away. Everything was taken care of . Picked up & drop off near our home .Graeme was a friendly host , told us heaps of information , making sure we had everything we needed .Halls Gap and the Grampians were just beautiful. Our stayed at The Grampians Motel (Chris & Jeff)they too look after us very well.Look forward to our next trip soon. I must say my grand daughter (friends from work) and 2 daughters have all been on tours before they told me how good Graeme runs his tours . They were not wrong.!.

Wow - I've now lost count of how many tours I have taken with Specialty Wine Tours but each one is just so different. If you want a great variety of both small and larger wineries in a completely relaxed atmosphere then you should try one. Graeme the host of our tour is a down to earth guy who is up for a good joke and any suggestions we might have. John who assisted the tour was very knowledgeable of Tasmania and their wines.The Tamar Valley weekend getaway was just so much fun. The weather was perfect and a great group of girls and so many laughs. One of my favourite wineries was definitely Freycinet Vineyard meeting the owner Claudio a genuine humble man. The group ordered the most wine from this one.Included was a beautiful dinner at The Gorge restaurant and it was so delicious along with exceptional customer service. On our last day one of the girls suggested wee visit Evandale and again Graeme accommodated that request and after going to Cataract Gorge we went there for lunch and what a quaint place that was. I will definitely do this tour again in a couple of years.

Just had a wonderful tour to Launceston with Greame and John as our hosts . Many outstanding wineries and eateries were arranged by the boys for us to enjoy. Nothing was too much hassle and their company is the major reason my wife and i keep coming back. Have already booked another tour to the Grampians in October and can't wait !!!!!

I couldn't recommend Graeme highly enough! I have booked with him twice now, and my friend another time. He took me and a group of my friends to Yarra Valley and to Mornington on two separate weekends. We had a amazing time. The van is large and comfortable and a much nicer option than going on a group tour. You can decide your own itinerary but Graeme is great for recommendations too. Listen to what he has to say, he knows his stuff. Such a lovely guy! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to too! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good day. You won't be disappointed. I will be booking with him again! Thanks Graeme!!

Graeme was amazing!! We had the best day, organised our own stops and didn't have strangers. Much better then a pre-planned tour. And best host we've ever had!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had a fantastic weekend away in Tasmania. Loved every minute of our time away. We visited 6 wineries and all were lovely. It was great to meet the people and hear the stories about how their wineries had begun. Highlight was meeting Claudio at Freycinet Vineyard, who took us on a tour of his vineyard. Scenery along the way was beautiful too. Graeme and John were fantastic tour guides and full of information. Highly recommend booking a tour with Speciality Wine Tours and look forward to booking my next one.
