We use these guys for all our classic British vehicle parts requirements. Have never had an issue. Always knows what we are after. It is truly refreshing dealing with people who actually understand what you need.Kevin is always a great go-to for advice as well. Has an exceptional knowledge of the ins and outs of British Classics.

Purchased an item which didn’t fit my vehicle which was fine. It arrived fast and safe and sound. When I asked if I could return the item for a full refund I was told no worries, providing I include receipt of purchase which I did. I sent it back at my own expense and have not heard anything back for well over a month now. It was an expensive item. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling and left messages but no response. I find it very unprofessional and rude. It’s not hard to respond. Due to this experience I do not recommend. Effectively I have just given my money away for nothing in return. Not good enough.

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS DODGY BUSINESS! I purchased a starter motor in March as 'New old stock' as labelled in invoice as 'NOS' for my father's TR7. All was well, we recieved the starter motor, HOWEVER noticed the teeth were worn - so was definitely not 'new' old stock. Moving on from that a mechanic fitted the starter to the TR7, in which it immediately did not work. I contacted British Classic Spare Parts and they initially told me 'too bad, it's been longer than 2 weeks so can't help you.'!!!? I told them that was rubbish and unnacceptable and asked for a refund. Any new item sold in Aus needs 12 months warranty, don't see how they're any different. They said they would not do this and said they would repair it if I sent it back. So I sent it back... tracking says delivered but they will now not answer my phone calls, when they did answer they claimed 'THIS IS A HOME PHONE PLEASE STOP CALLING' to which I called back with the voice mail This is British Classic Spare Parts'. Real smooth. THIS IS A WARNING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR CLASSIC SPARE PARTS. THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU HANGING AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. Attached is my photos for proof."

I wish i had never bought my gear from this guy.He went back on his word with a deal he & I had agreed on and cost me alot of money.I will never do business with this bloke again & i will buy from overseas from now on.People, be carefull with this business if buying from them.
