Elgas Armidale

Have now run out of gas in winter in Armidale.Customer service were condescending and rude, even though have now had an order for gas in their system since 8th June, currently is the 21st.Note on account that must be delivered today as customer is out I am informed was 'overridden' to push it out two more days.Again, household in Armidale around winter solstice without heating due to no communication, and horrible customer service.Would give zero stars, but know giving one this will definitely appear publicly and maybe someone in Elgas can get something done.

In 2022 the service is abominable. I ran out of gas last night & have no heating today whatsoever.

Worst customer service, they are the only supplier for armidale thats why people have no option.will never ever go with them...

Worst service ever …..waiting since 10 days for gas cylinder….. still no hope

Price is a joke. Have had to top up with electric heating as the cost way too much.

Well elgas it's official after I move next week you have lost me as a customer for life. I called yesterday to arrange for my cylinders to be picked up a week from the call date that was all fine apparently.Next day I wake up after finishing a night shift the following day and elgas have come taken and both my cyclinders. So now I have no hot water with a 5 month old. I call elgas to rectify the issue, in the 10 min conversation about fixing this issue there was never an appology and then the female on the phone couldn't even confirm that I'll get my cylinders back today.Discusting customer service skills by the operatorAnd the cylinder collector, who didn't even come to the front door upon arrival which was open and my partner was in the house. She didn't even realise they were here.

I have contacted Elgas 3 times & here I go again ! still no return call back from them.

Only deliver monday and friday so if you run out of hot water on monday you have to wait 5 days for hot water.

worst customer service. Send the bill as much as they want and need to call every time after the bill to do the correction. worst service. directly asked me my card number. WORST PEOPLE. don't even deserve one star.

I really cant understand these reviews. everytime I have contacted these guys I have had great service. I ran out of gas and called them and they sent a truck out straight away!! maybe they have got the message and lifted their game substatially
