Ok, customer service, but again, the experience I had in a number of Telstra shops. The people working their just need more training about the Telastra system and products.

Unfortunately I didn't get the young girls name today . But it was the best customer service ever out of all the phone shops in Mirrabooka .Even when I didn't explain what I wanted correctly she managed to work it out. Solved all my problems without hesitation.Thankyou so much.After today 1-3-23 with the help of Max and as I found out the young girl SAN this was defiantly the BEST customer service we have had in years. They put up with so much from customers but smile and carry on doing great work.

Yesterday I went to the Telstra shop in Mirrabooka, and the customer service person called TANYA- who helped me was extremely helpful and had the patience to answer all my questions.Today my wife visited TELSTRA in Mirrabooka - she said TANIA and the Manager was extremely helpful. Tania had the patience to explain over and over all the details regarding the plan, and fixed the problem I was having, We wish we had more people in Telstra who can provide this caliber of service, especially to clients over the 50 age group.. WELL DONE TANYA . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. . Mr and Mrs RAYEN.

Worst customer service ever .They wouldn’t like to give a sim for $10 and instead asked me to get one from Woolworths and activate .I would not recommend this store
