My favourite place to get all of my whole foods essentials. Great quality and bulk buy pricing! I get 25 kgs delivered for less than $10, always quick and friendly to deal with. Very happy, and loyal customer. The in store service is great too when I have been in person.

Super helpful staff and always happy to answer all of my questions which is often and alot.Easy online ordering for when I need a quick in and out pick up or delivery.Bonnie has even gone to the extent of following up things from companies themselves when I've had questions.

A great local resource with super friendly, helpful staff. They have a really great range which continues to grow and prices are often lower than the bigger stores. We used their online service during lockdown 2020 and it worked really well. Couldn't recommend The Nut Bank more highly.

I just want to say a big thank you to Bonnie for her excellent customer service this year! I have personally been a customer of the Nut Bank for years now, but in 2021 I turned to Bonnie for professional help and advice when designing my own Health and Well-being unit for my Year 9/10 class on DIY Low-tox Cleaning and Personal Care Products; incorporating chemistry concepts. Bonnie was only too pleased to help, using her teaching background and knowledge. She provided recipe ideas, storage and usage containers and food-grade ingredients. What I love about the Nut Bank is the quality and variety of wholefoods and low-tox cleaning ingredients available and their price is second to none, which assisted with the approval of this unit, making it affordable for schools! Our students loved making their hand wash, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, moisturiser and surface cleaner. Thanks Bonnie! You’re the best.

Love the huge variety of health foods at The Nutbank! It has been my go-to health food shop to purchase from for the last 5 or so years (even though I have to travel to get there)!! Not the best online shopping experience.Bonnie, whom I assume is the owner, was nothing but rude when I asked if I could cancel my online order 58 minutes after it was placed. I had placed the order quickly before I started work and realised I shouldn't have placed it as The Nutbank only had half of the products I needed. I had realised after more searching that I could get all of the products I was after (over few hundred dollars worth) somewhere else (Kimkim Organics) as The Nutbank had little or no stock on what I was after. Postage was excessive as well and Kimkim Organics postage was free! Of course I was going to cancel if I could get everything I wanted in one go with free postage! Not only did Kimkim Organics have everything I need, their prices were a lot less expensive.So I emailed Bonnie. Nope she said, you can't cancel. I thought in the back of my mind it could not have possibly been sent as it was under an hour ago in which I placed the order. I was right, it hadn't been posted yet. Bonnie just didn't want to send through a refund so she asked if I wanted different products. Nope, just a refund would be great. The best Bonnie said she could do (because she had already written on the postage label apparently) was to send through a partial refund because they don't refund for 'change of mind.' I couldn't believe it - the products had not even been packaged up yet nor left her house!An expensive lesson learnt on my behalf- never buy from the Nutbank! Being a small business owner myself, I am always one to support other small business which of course I will continue to do, just not this small business. I would NEVER treat my customers like this and it actually makes me sad that Bonnie thinks this is okay.
