Loco HQ is the place to be on the GC. I am GC born and bred and have been to a lot of gyms here but nothing that truly felt like home and pushed me to my limits. It embraces a family-oriented atmosphere and offers exceptional workout programs. Paco's crazy yet effective coaching style motivates and pushes me to new limits, leaving me feeling accomplished and excited to return for more. The same can be said about Annette and Mish who support and motivate you, ensuring correct form and technique.Loco's commitment to family fitness is truly commendable. They offer a variety of group classes that cater to all age groups, making it a breeze for families and individuals to work out together and have fun in the process. The amenities and facilities are top notch offering a comfortable place to workout and socialise. I've been at Loco HQ for 6 years and I am challenged with new workouts each week.Loco isn't just a gym but a family!
