Arundel Chempro Chemist

I am absolutely grateful to the pharmacists and staff at this pharmacy. I called 15 chemists in the space of 3 days. One pharmacy ordered in the WRONG item and then told me the correct item was out of stock. I need the prescription to be filled over the weekend and they didn't care, even though I had told them exactly what I wanted. All they said was sorry. Anyway, i rang around and every single pharmacy had it out of stock. Then I called Arundel plaza chemist and they WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. They called a different supplier, they gave me a great price and they ordered it in for me and the product will arrive before the weekend. I am absolutely grateful to the pharmacist arundel chemist for going out of their way to help me. They called the supplier immediately for me and GAVE ME THE CORRECT INFO AND A GREAT PRICE. Believe me when I tell you that I called about a million pharmacies and Arundel pharmacy was the only pharmacy prepared to go above and beyond for their clientele. I never write reviews as I am never blown away with the service, but these guys deserve every single positive feedback given to them. They are brilliant. Thank you SO MUCH Mehdi and team! You are life savers, professional, courteous and ABOVE all, exceptionally helpful. I will never go to another pharmacy again. You have won over my patronage. Used to go here all of the time...until my wife broke her leg very badly needing surgery and a pain management plan set by her surgeon. I have never been so insulated in all of my life and made to feel like a criminal due to the type of pain medication and the frequency set out in the plan. Will never go here again.

A man at this pharmacy tricked my grandmother into paying for a medication they claim I didn’t pay for four months ago. I have to go to the counter, ask for them to get the medication for the back, pay with card, then wait for the receipt. How on Earth could I leave without paying? Not to mention I had been there since and this issue was never raised with me. Absolutely horrible.

If you advertise you are open at 8am on weekdays, then open at 8am!!! Or change your opening hours to 8.30.

This is the best chemist I’ve ever been to, great customer service and extremely helpful. They have helped me so much with both my children’s health questions. I can’t recommend this chemist enough!

Very disappointed with the service I saw today. Pharmacy Assistant was rude, didn't greet my or ask any questions when handing in my prescription. She took my script and just walked away. When picking up my script, found they had provided RAT tests under my concession card without asking. Was given no choice, no counselling or care on picking up the medication either. Seems they didn't care..

Worst chemist I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible. Sales girl walked off half way through serving me to serve someone else. Pharmacist himself is rude and uninviting. Always feel unwelcomed when entering this chemist.
