TJM 4x4 Equipped Gold Coast

Missed placing back my tie down , after fitment. Have to waste my time and go back.Amd just noticed. My oil breather outlet is just cable tie on. In a engine bay. How long before that fails?

Called in to TJM and spoke with Michael. This staff member did an amazing job following up queries I had with true professionalism and diligence. We were after a set of cargo drawers and Michael showed us some on display and discussed features and benefits of each system taking any time we need ed to to have answers to our questions. The drawers were a custom made special order from Victoria. Through the whole process from enquiry to install, Michael and his team did a remarkable job. My wife was stoked when picked up the vehicle after being notified. The Australian made RV Draw systems came up beautifully. Highly recommend TJM Nerang and these Aussie Made cargo drawers. Excellent customer service from the confirmation of booking through to fitment. Accidentally the workshop had punctured my tire with a screw in the workshop floor. They assured me it was very u usual and organised Bob Jane to repair it at their own cost. TJM took full responsibility for the accident and were apologetic. Stoked with the workmanship and quality of the snorkel. Above all, they actually cared about their work and their clients experience. Well done guys. Thank you.

Dropped into TJM Nerang today (22/1/21) to look at the Hema & Garmin Overlander GPS units. Was told they don't hold in stock the Garmin (presumably due to cost which is understandable) - to which I sought some advice from the store / manager regarding their experiences on both units, as l was looking to buy one of these units for my series 78 Troopy. l waited for over 5 mins with no response and left the store. They had senior staff free at the counter. These units are around $700 - $995 - & not a cheap investment. They held the Hema unit, not the Garmin. Clearly, not business they want, which is disappointing. Service was very poor / non-existent. Not a 4WD store l will visit or purchase from. I will also advise Garmin HO Aust re this experience. You make your own observations.

Organised fitting of rhino rack backbone. Was made horribly late by prior appointment. This was not a problem at all to the guys. They did an excellent job! Cannot praise Andrew and the team enough! Thank you

Absolute nightmare!! They dont even deserve one star!!I brought my brand new car with 1000kms on the clock into have an Electric roller fitted to the tub, upon picking up the car the driver side foot well was full of dirt and a bloody band aid as well! disgusting!! The response I got when I asked them, to clean it up was we dont have a vacuum cleaner".After arriving home I noticed they had damaged the paintwork on both sides of the back of the cabin. the one thing they did right was admit to fault. After that they tried to do a dodge job in buffing it out they took so much clear of the paint work they burnt the paint under neath. After that TJM made it very difficult to repair as I wanted it done repaired properly and at one stage telling me to go to my insurance company. Thanks to Nissan for stepping in and helping out. My Brand new Navara had to get resprayed in a body shop!!TJM have ruined my new car experience due to their negligence. They also caused undue stress as they did not want to do the right thing and pay to have it properly repaired. Eventually after many heated conversations and after having Nissan step in on my behalf they came to the table still falling short but good to get it fixed.After all that the install of the electric roller was not correct and it had to be re installed. After going back and forth with TJM they agreed to let ADVENTURE OFFROAD remove and re install the electric roller. It now works great.What a joke!! This was a terrible experience and I will never return to TJM."

Absolute, champions. Had a trailer ecu on a tow bar they installed that had water ingress that fried the electrics. Was in at opening today, part arrived by 2pm and installed and drove away by 3pm, all under warranty.From the shop staff to the mechanics and fitters thanks heaps

Had a re-inforced tub rack installed by the guys at TJM on my Dmax. They did a great job. Very happy with the results.

Great place if your wanting 4x4 gear and very helpful staff, would highly recommend and go see the team at TJM even if for driving lights or bar lights and they can even install for you.
