Brigitte has created a beautiful and welcoming space for women of all ages/body shapes/fitness levels to work out, meet new people, and have a good laugh. I especially love the HIIT sessions, and Brigitte and her team are always there offering personalised advice and plenty of encouragement.

Such a great boutique studio! The team are all very experienced, friendly and supportive. Classes and 1:1 sessions are tailored to each person to meet your physical and fitness abilities and to ensure you are achieving your goals. Bridgette has worked with me to help me recover from injuries and helped me strengthen my body and improve fitness. She has created such an encouraging, motivating and supporting environment which I love.

I’ve been coming to coreworx for over 3 years, it’s been the best studio and style of training for me. I’ve got an old back injury that lingers around but Brigette the owner and trainer always has me in the best care…. I get a awesome workout and my back is never strained, she adapts all the exercises for me…. It’s a group workout but it honestly feels like one on one training with the attention given to each client. Love the space, love the girls and love the trainers…… highly recommended!

Safe and nurturing space for individualised and targeted training. Brigitte is fantastic and gently challenges you whatever your shape or fitness level. Highly recommend for all women.

These would have to be the best leggings and crop I have EVER owned. So so soft!! Love them. And the colour. I got a sage/khaki! Ordering more!!

Beautiful, fully equipped studio with caring and attentive trainers. Even the group classes feel personal and private. Specially love the Barre Pilates.

The studio is a beautiful and intimate environment that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The classes are guided by Brigitte who is extremely professional and understands your individual needs. I have tried all of the classes she offers and love the variety of training she offers. I would highly recommend Coreworx Studio to anyone looking for that more personal training experience.

Absolutely love my Coreworx items! They are the softest, most comfortable workout clothes and fantastic quality for the price. Have had mine for a month or so and purchased more already!

The moment you step into the exclusive stylish Coreworxx studio you feel right at home! You are greeted with warm energy of a really close team environment. The studio is super funky and always clean! The trainers are all heart you pretty much are getting a one on one experience every time you train and the trainers make sure to suit to everyone’s abilities! They care for your whole well being not just your muscles. I have had my challenges of vertigo and a knee reco and I have nothing but encouragement and support from them. Brigette and her team cater for my needs every training session. They change up the sessions daily and motivate you. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging as your in a smaller environment which I love so much.
