Basically our ASKO which isn't even 4 years old isn't working and none at ASKO cares! Emailed multiple times and they advise that its outside of warranty and it will cost $500 to fix! There is also no other way to contwct them! What a joke!!! My old Fisher and Paykle is still going strong without an issue 10 years on and i only paid $750 for it! Advertisement says that it's meant to last 20 years, what false advertising or what! Don't ever buy it save your hard earned money - stick with Australian companies that care!!!

We purchased a ASKO washing machine from them and the machine started to leak water in the first month, then the supplied a modified front and door and this was repaired, then the plastic fins in the drums were lose, this has damaged and destroyed cloths and bedsheets, we then had to wait for over 2 months of me calling and chasing up to get this resolved. in the end we got a full refund for the defective machine, but no out of pocket expenses for the damaged clothes'. We are in the process of reporting this terrible company to the ACCC, please look at other company's that look after there customers and not this one, its is the most fustigating experience.

I’m only giving them 1 start because I can’t give them 0 given the service received is deplorable. My stove top (didn’t purchase separately, was built into my house) had an issue with the igniter continuing to fire, I had to wait 2 weeks for a technician to respond only to realise someone told him the issue was with a dryer, which was wrong.I had to wait an additional week and a half for the technician to receive the correct part.As a result of Askos mistake, I missed 3 days of work I wasn’t paid for and still had to pay the invoice.Stay clear of this company. Do not use them. They simply don’t care about their customers, whatsoever.

We purchased an Asko dishwasher, as part of a full kitchen and flooring renovation at our house. Renovations were completed just prior to Christmas Day 2022. The house was in perfect, brand new condition at completion. We stayed at the house for a month over Christmas and then returned to our home interstate, coming back again for Easter. When we returned to the house and found that the kitchen and garage were flooded.A major fault to the inlet valve on the Asko dishwasher was identified by Asko's own technician as the cause of the substantial water and mould damage to our house. We promptly obtained quotes for repairing all of the damage, which totalled just over $60,600.From the beginning, I provided Asko with a detailed description of events and numerous photos of the damage caused. I also advised that i can provide numerous videos of the damage and a full recording of the conversation with their technician, where he advised that the damage was caused by a major fault in the Asko dishwasher and reassured us that Asko would cover the damage as they have insurance. I also offered to provide receipts and final photos associated with our brand new kitchen and flooring.Asko advised in an email that they would not cover the costs to 'return the house to the position we were in had the Asko dishwasher met consumer guarantees' (which they are required to do under Australian Consumer Law). They stated that they would only replace the dishwasher and pay $3000 in damages, advising we should have turned the water off when away from the home. It is misleading and against the law for a business such as Asko to claim they aren't responsible for the foreseeable losses a consumer suffers from using one of their products. We believe that this is Asko's attempt to avoid responsibility for the damage caused. Added to which Asko, being a high end brand, did not meet consumer guarantees. Given the dishwasher is a little over 3 months old and still under warranty, it is absolutely reasonable to expect that it would have performed the function by which it was designed and would not have destroyed our brand new kitchen by its inherent major fault.Added to which we are due to move into this house with our two young children which Asko is also aware. To date we now have a kitchen, flooring and garage that is significantly damaged and in need of major restoration works and replacement. We have also been advised by a disaster remediation company that the mould in these damaged areas represents a significant health risk to us and in particular to our young children. What should have been a family enjoying their newly renovated home is now a disaster zone. Never buy from Asko!

Our home is fitted with a complete professional grade ASKO appliances kitchen and is featured as part of their promotional material. When our fridge ice maker failed and leaked throughout the house. Their service team and process was nothing short of pathetic, unprofessional and incapable of attempting too address the issue. 3 attempts to have technicians attend all failed. At one point a technician from Queensland was appointed to attend until he realised we were in Victoria. When the matter was escalated to their Victorian Senior manager, all we received from her, we're complaints about how she'd recently being appointed to the role, she was too busy and would not assist any further.

I am absolutely disgusted at the quality of service with asko. We have brought a dishwasher off them with an extended warranty. After less than a year the dishwasher broke down.It has been over six weeks to get it fixed under the warranty we paid a few hundred dollars for and we still haven't gotten it fixed or gotten a date of when it will be fixed. There have been so many mistakes and about eight calls to the manufacturers to try and get a date to get it fixed. We finally got a date only for the technician to not turn up. We have no idea when it will be getting fixed. Disgusting. We will never ever buy an asko again. Why pay hundreds of dollars for a warranty only to be palmed off whenever you call to the next person who doesn't offer any assistance. Terrible service. Don't buy from them.

Terrible terrible customer service and product quality. Out heat pump dryer failed after 2 years and 4 months. ASKO just said too bad so sad as we were out of warranty and said we can pay for a technician to inspect it. Fortunately their website clearly advertises how they design and manufacture premium quality appliances, tumble tryers are tested for 10,000 hours which is the equivalent of 20 years of use and their goal is to make premium products what will becomes cherished parts of the home, meeting and expectations for years to come. I reminded them of their advertised claims and that consumers have protection under consumer law. I encourage anyone who has issues with ASKO to persist and check out the government consumer law website. We requested ASKO for a full refund (a right under consumer law for a product with a major fault) which we got. If they had come to the party straight away rather than saying you're out of warranty line, we probably would have had them replace it. If you are looking at ASKO, please learn from our experience and steer clear of them, terrible customer service and disappointing product quality. Speaking with the technician and Winning Appliances they both commented how poor they have over the last few years.

I would give this zero stars as well. I bought an ASKO dishwasher at Bing Lee 12 months ago, the service provider pressured me into purchasing an ASKO and told me the Bosch unit I was looking at was rubbish. I later found out that he was not Bing Lee staff, but an agent for ASKO and was there purely to push ASKO products. It is under warranty, the pump went and it was fully rusted, despite being 12 months old. It took 6 weeks for it to be fully repaired, it ran once and broke again, I have spoken with ASKO, asking for a full refund, the service call provider spoke angrily in a foreign langauge it sounded as if he was swearing at me. DO NOT BUY

Terrible! We bought an Asko Dishwasher and broke within a month and my husband has been calling everyday and they say they’ll call back but NEVER received a call back regarding replacement parts or next steps. We were up sold the dishwasher from the Goodguys. We should have stuck with our original choice of Bosch. The customer service is polite enough but will not action or follow up on promises. U don’t get what u pay for there.

One of the worst brands of appliances in terms of warranty and customer service in Australia. If you still want to buy ASKO, you are better of buying a grey import to save money and take a chance :). Good luck!PS: I have an ongoing warranty case and I can already see how it would end . I regret buying this brand.
