I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Little Real Estate. Their professionalism, expertise and keeping me informed throughout the tenant letting process has met my expectations. If anyone is looking for an agent to manage their property for leasing, please consider Little Real Estate.

We have been involved with other property managers with investment properties and during this period we have had some good and bad experiences. The major problems is not receiving calls, not returning calls and not following through on their duties. Since then, we have been fortunate enough to have a change of property manager, luckily Hannah Smith rode in on the white horse and has been totally exceptional in all respects of reliability. We highly recommend Hannah Smith from our experiences!

Would never recommend Little Real Estate. They entered our house without notice multiple times. One time I was even in the garage when the door started to open - they didn't even knock. Little Real Estate are incredibly hard to contact. When moving out we called dozens of times (for real!) and never got onto our rental manager to find out what we had to do with the keys. We had been out of the property for over a month before we received any contact, and now despite hearing that the 'owners have approved the bond refund' still have not had our bond returned. Avoid Little Real Estate if at all possible!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the Little Real Estate. The professionalism that was showed in finding a tenant our property was amazing. Everyone work together and we were able to find a successful tenant for our property .Would definitely recommend Little Real Estate . The best thing I liked about dealing with Little Real Estate was the communication and feedback was awesome.

My parents had an investment property managed by Little Real Estate and during the final 18 months they have experienced nothing but dramas. The have felt robbed of not only money but also endless of time reconciling rental statements to balance and finalise tenants credits, which Little Real Estate insisted were otherwise.The property manager was unprofessional, condescending and dismissed was her responsibility as was “before her time”.Glad to know they have finished up with this company due to the stress they have undergone.

I have attempted to contact the main office and Maroochydore office on multiple occasions - generally waiting on the line for 15-20+ minutes with no response. I would then use their leave a message system with no call back over several days and still never received a call back to date. The company seems to be too large with no investment is their phone lines or communication with the clients and customers. Highly suggest sourcing good quality local property management and sales – definitely not this company. I have been in the property industry for 8 years and strongly believe this company is the bottom of the barrel for customer service, communication and action.

If I could give a zero I would. Currently have 3 properties being managed by these guys and the service is atrocious. Rent not being paid in full and not chased up, quotes for work to be done and not being followed up, call the office and no one ever picks up, always goes to message bank, no one has a mobile to be contacted. Staff changeover often, not being updated when there is a new person coming in, lack of reply to emails.... The list goes on! They are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for and in this case you're hardly even getting that.

The Property Management team at Little Real Estate are always nothing short of polite, professional, and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoy working with them and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had been looking and applying for a rental property for 6 months, and little real estate were the only agent that genuinely wanted to help me and my family acquire our new home. With thanks to Agnes and Warren, we are now happily in our new home. I can't thank little real estate enough for their professionalism and understanding. My family and I really appreciate it and look forward to the future with you as our property manager.

Over the past four years, we have used Littles to both manage and then sell our property and we were extremely happy with them on both fronts.The rental process was professionally handled and communication was fantastic.The selling process was equally professional.Would definitely recommend.
