I don't usually write many reviews but I just looked up the Botanical Pharmacy to call them and saw that they had been given a couple of bad comments. I do not agree. We moved to Melbourne almost a year ago and I put my scripts in at this little pharmacy because I went past it on my walk. It has become our family pharmacy. The people here are just lovely. Both the pharmacists and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have always offered very personal service. If products have been out of stock due to supply issues they have always gone out of their way to get it in and text or telephone when it arrives. Apart from their professionalism they have a great range of gifts in a very small space. I would not go anywhere else.

Took the two ladies 10 minutes to give me the medicine. They seemed to be more keen to flirt with any male customers. When I reminded them I'm still waiting , they put on high pitch voice and a very grumpy face : it's coming ! (They together said exactly these words as if they have rehearsed many times )

Maybe it’s the proximity to the gardens and the beautiful people of the Domain Village. But this is a great pharmacy. Always so pleasant. If I need the medicine. They got it.
