Easy Eco Cleaning

Email to the owner of the business on 23 Dec 2020 (no feedback as yet):Unfortunately I never received a reply to my email below which is pretty frustrating.After going back and forth with ***Cleaner*** for three days, she finally arrived today. (Note: She cancelled/moved the appointment an hour prior as she had guests at home...)The agreed time was 1pm and she arrived 20min late. I neither received a message nor a call that she would be late, maybe my step-daughter did.In addition to that ***Cleaner*** forgot her vacuum cleaner which meant she had to use my step-daughters'.The vacuum cleaner was completely full, but she did not empty it.Instead she started work and we heard the vacuum cleaner labouring from upstairs.My partner checked to see what was going on to find out that a sock was the issue. The sock might have been vaccumed up by either my step-daughter or ***Cleaner*** .However, ***Cleaner*** should have emptied the vaccum and removed the sock before turning the vacuum on. It is lucky, that my partner went downstairs, otherwise my step-daughter's LG vacuum cleaner would very likely be broken now.This is not acceptable.Appointments were changed and moved around the entire time and I might point out, I never changed the clean to 21 Dec as per your email to my step-daughter.I simply asked for clarification/confirmation about the cleaning date.We agreed on a fortnightly 90-min clean, but today ***Cleaner*** left after 70min.My partner is not happy with ***Cleaner's*** cleaning standard and attention to detail overall and we will take our business elsewhere in the new year.

Horrible, horrible service.When the cleaners arrived at my home, they seemed lovely. They unfortunately did a terrible job and left behind plenty of dust, unwashed floors and dirty footprints.When I raised this with the owner, he agreed that it would be fair for the cleaners to come back out to re-do the clean. Sure, no problems. Organising the re-do clean was a nightmare (as it was over a week later), and they ended up arriving at 2:30pm when they said mid-morning.The owner then texted me to say that the cleaners were asking him whether they were re-doing the whole clean or just cleaning up the missed sections. Keep in mind, this was over a week later - Of course I'd already cleaned up the mess they left behind. I told the owner Jason (who should have been liaising with them himself about his expectations) that I had assumed a full clean would be done as the first wasn't adequate. Throughout the process, the owner seemed polite enough, though obviously has no idea what goes on behind closed doors.I returned home the next day to find plenty of mess. The cleaners re-did the bathroom which wasn't on my list to begin with and that was about it. The sections that I had mentioned hadn't been touched and again, there was plenty of dust and dirt left behind. Absolutely appalling. There were also shoes on the floor that were originally on a shoe rack - No idea how or why that happened?By this time, I was absolutely fed up. I wanted nothing more to do with this company so I paid the invoice (for 1/8th of the work that I expected) to get it over and done with. I messaged the owner again to let him know that the clean was a disaster and of course you can expect that I had no further responses. As soon as that invoice was paid, he was done trying to fix the situation. He does not care about his clients, only the money coming in. It's been a month now and still nothing.I would not recommend Easy Eco Cleaning to anyone. Money hungry, lazy workers with no sense of service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I highly recommend Easy Eco Cleaning. Wonderful service, great clean. Added bonus of naturally based, child and pet friendly products used throughout each clean!

What a pleasure to deal with Easy Eco Cleaning. Easy online booking and quote. Fast and friendly response from the office. The cleaning team was very friendly and we left them to clean the house and lock up after themselves. We came home to a nice clean home and easy online payment. I would highly recommend trying these guys if you are looking for a clean environmentally friendly service.

Very poor communication - would not recommend. They do not seem to know how to run a professional business. Cleaners were good but then they cancelled just before Christmas when they were really needed and since then I have had multiple mails saying they are coming and we haven't seen them once. This is not how to run a business...
