I made initial enquiry via telephone for a new vehicle. After a promising discussion with the sales rep I decided to make the 40min drive to inspect the vehicle. Upon greeting the sales rep I was shown the new vehicle base" model. During this I agreed to take on board the reps advice and go for the "premium" model. I asked the rep what figure he requires to make a sale today. A figure was given which I was happy with but thought I would try and negotiate on it. I managed to get a 2 percent reduction and a verbal agreement was made. Then enter sales rep number 2. He revoked the offer. He also revoked the initial offer by the first sales person. Then the second sales person offered me a new offer increasing the original offer by 8.8 percent. Sale lost. I would not be recommending Booran Holden at all."

Took my Suzuki Swift to Booran this morning for service, staff was nice. As I trusted them so I didn’t check every single detail of my car. When I was home, I found that the Suzuki logo at the front gone missing. Tried to call them but no one picked up. Waiting for them to get back to my voice message and see why the logo was gone.UPDATE: They called me back on the second day morning to get more detail of it.And the day after they found the badge and put that back on for me.Very speedy response from the team! Great job.

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Also pricing a little better than a different dealer I called. Recommend using them.

R8 Clubsport 1451 RIP sadly taken by a hit run unlicensed inconsiderate driver that left the scene of the accident and waiting on charges. Was a beautiful Clubby I brought for my misses birthday 3 years ago and she is devastated it’s gone. Seriously miss the power and the comments from Holden lovers. I still have my SS ute brought from @Booran Holden 7 years ago and both cars have never missed a beat. Excellent performance I’d say.

By far the worst Holden dealer you can possibly go to. Avoid at all costs. Between purchasing (many years ago when we they still made holdens) and trying to org servicing pre costs , they were nothing but shifty and unreliable...poorest customer service of any automobile centre by a long shot.Thanks for replying to my post.I shall clarify my comments. Shifty was directed to the new car sales. (Long story but it took a call to the dealer principal to cancel the contract) . Unreliable directed to org servicing pre costs. No I never serviced either of my holdens with you. I rang on 3 occasions and received a different price for a service to which I wasn't given an appropriate answer as to why can this happen ?I ended up servicing both cars at Ferntree Gully Holden where I received great customer service and fixed price servicing that I expected.

I've been coming here since I purchased my car in 2017 and have always been very happy with the service I receive. The staff are friendly and efficient and my costs are always more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

Please don’t waste time with these people absolutely no customer service waste of time rude and disrespectful service . Never trade your car . Big no .

Called to get price for new coolant hoses on hsv vxr an flush system, they called back and said they can't do it because they don't know how too!!!! Obviously there mechanic's are pathetic and have no real mechanical knowledge. Pathetic specially when it's a car sold by Holden.I don't see how there can be any confusion either when collin from your service department told me he spoke to the service manager and the service manager told him to tell me that your not compident enough to do the job.
