I should have listened to the reviews and not used them. If anything goes wrong with your shipment and you want help trying to resolve it you'll be met with extremely unprofessional customer service and no assistance in trying to get a resolution. I will never use them again.

Not sure why anyone would use these guys, not only do they have no customer service (they never reply to emails, impossible to pin someone down who knows anything on the phone) but your shipment will be forever delayed in customs. The website shows it hasn't been updated in a very long time (last news article was published in 2016). The tracking facility does work via the website which is the only reason I knew what was happening with my shipment from China. If you want speedy service and decent customer service do not use this company.

easily the best shipping company in Sydney. Fast and efficient, best part is, they actually provide some of the best rates available out in the market. I have been using them for the last 3 years without a problem at all.

Terrible Service! My shipment was only $302 but they are demanding I pay them a cutoms fee for it to be sent to me. Customs Fees are only suppose to apply for Parcels over $1000. Dodgy company! And they won't answer my calls or emails!

Just wanted to put a shout out to Lori Chen. I have never had such experience in custom hold. She was a extremely lovely and knowledgeable person which guide me to complete the process. Finally I received my parcel today. And definitely I had told my supplier to go with Branding worldwide for my further orders as I love the staff member here.

Revising my reviews now, after using this company for five years, they are okay if nothing has happened. However as soon as something goes wrong, their customer service or staff has no idea what’s going on and will not think in customer position too. Their partner in China is also slow and not professional at all. It can take 2 days to return a parcel from airport to warehouse 1km apart.

Not sure why there are so many low star ratings, we have always had a good experience with BrandingWorldWide. We get big SEA/AIR shipments forwarded by from to us in Australia from China, if I ever need any help or have any problems I call their phone and they always pick up and assistI think the low star ratings are from a consumer perspective- from a busines perspective, their service is very good

Actually the worst company to use for imports. Use DHL, FedEX or anything but this company. Both times my order has taken over 2 weeks to arrive once it has already landed in Australia. You have to keep contacting them to receive the authorisation forms to sign and also have to keep contacting them for the invoice to pay the customs. This has happened on two separate orders spread across 3 months. Once the order had cleared shipment and was passed on to Star Track courier, I asked for the tracking number. They said it was too long to say on the phone so they will email it to me. I insisted they tell me what it is and the number is invalid. The last shipment with this company arrived across two different weeks. Why is it so hard to sent 9 boxes together to the same location? Do they really need to be split up with separate drivers across separate weeks? Stay away from this company if you actually want your orders to arrive in the time frame quoted. What usually takes 4-5 days maximum from China to Australia with DHL , will take 25-30 days with Branding Worlwide.

I used Branding Worldwide for a shipment from China recently. I could not fault their professionalism. Their service was top rate, their prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to deal with. Totally recommend.

One of the worst dispatching companies i've dealt with, kept throwing me in loops with misinformation and upon calling them six different times, they still haven't resolved the enquiry or seemed to have any care of customer satisfaction or return business. Very short, rude and ubrupt on the phone as i'm assuming they get alot of complaints so are always on the defensive.
