Blatchford Sporting and Recreation Reserve

Huge park with heaps of open green grass for playing just about any sport or game you could imagine. The new playground is pretty good depending on your child's age, the exercise area has lots of variety of equipment and activities. The old playground up the back has some fun things to do which your kids will enjoy. The toilet is a bit of a failure at the moment, the door locks after you when you leave so the next person can't get in. Hold the closed" button down for 30secs to get the door to open again."

Superb space. Well laid out with the best selection of playground equipment, sports areas, courts, and fitness equipment in one spot.

We've only just visited this reserve for the first time yesterday and we have already returned for more fun today! We brought our bikes with us today to test out the bmx track; so fun!I know this will be a regular place for us from now on.The only thing that might be improved on, is the toilet situation. There is only one toilet. As it's such a popular place another toilet is a must. But for now, the one toilet that there is, is very clean and well kept.

Good little park with 2 BBQ’s, toilets, pump track and full basketball court. Needs cameras as my sons bike was stolen while he was playing basketball (right next to him). Sits back quite a ways off main road.Safe during day, could use security cameras to deter.

First time there, took our pet dog to play in the enclosed area for dogs. Overall the park was nice and clean plus plenty of activities for families to do.

Fractured my ankle here but had a great time up until then on the pump track.If anyone found the purple scooter in the bin enjoy it, it gave me 8 screws and a plateCan't wait for flying with the metal inside me...

Great little scooter park on the other side of the oval. Great for toddlers. Various large, medium and small gradients.It gets busy in the early evenings, and a bit wild with the teenagers. I suggest you go during the day to avoid this.There's a playground nearby, exercise equipment, running oval, basketball court, table tennis table and a massive dog park.Its a hit for the little ones.

Wonderful new park in the area with activities for big and small kids.Definitely needs a shade sail as it can get quite hot.Public toilets are a welcome change to other parks in the area that don’t have one.Plenty of shaded seating for waiting parents.Could do with a fence around the area as the space is quite large and smaller children that a prone to running could take off easily.

A great place with many equipments for exercising. Has an enclosed dog-walking area. There is a cricket ground with an enclosed net for practice. A park for all ages. Kudos to the Moreton Bay Council for upgrading it and maintaining it. Highly recommend this.

This is a great playground for the whole family.Fully covered play area, BBQ area is under cover too with lots of picnic tables and there are toilets here too. Also off street parking
