Making an appointment was a breeze to see Brenden. The staffing level in store is great. Most important was the high quality of service and detailed inspection of our eyes. Choosing a pair of glasses was a little over powering, so much to choose from. Fitting for the new glasses was also very good and professional. The turnaround of the new glasses was less than expected.Overall, Specsavers is an excellent store to visit and have the confidence that what is required is delivered.Brenden is the best!He's at the Sunbury Store

It’s always been so easy and smooth with Specsavers .. for appointments and prescriptions lenses. We saw Alex for my son’s 6months check up and he was great. So thoroughly explained everything to us. Very professional and helpful. The rest of the staff are all great as well.

Been here a few times over the past four months and I have four new glasses that I'm really happy with. Mark has been excellent helping me through the process and picking frames that fit really well (as well as fitting in my budget). Becuase he was so good with the first couple of pairs I took his advice and got a couple of pairs of distance glasses for the first time - a clear pair for night time and a tinted pair for day time. They've both been fantastic so much so that I'm really disappointed when I forget my glasses when I head out (like I did this evening.)
