Mr.Lin Cleaning

Excellent gardeners but unhelpful and inflexible management team sitting behind it. A real shame. Worked with the service for over a year and customer loyalty not appreciated. In fact totally ignored. They must think Im a rich idiot (I wish I am), ask more and more money but never give me a receipt.

I has Mr Lin Gardening do my front yard and was very happy with the service they provided, I originally asked for them to come quote the yard and was extremely happy with the price so went ahead with the service and they have done a great job!

I would not recommend. On many occasions I tried to politely say what was not being cleaned properly and what I expected/wanted to be cleaned. I booked a 3 hour service and it never lived up to what previous cleaners were able to do. Finally I was home at the time of the last cleaning day, and found that the cleaner came, spent less than an 1 hour, still did not do any items I had asked for. Pretty much just came, wiped a few things down, and left. I can do that myself, it's not why I pay for a cleaner. Seems to me it's all about booking as many clients in as possible and not doing the true time frame or making any true cleaning effort. Also does not help that cleaners do not speak English, so no cleaning list can be left, so if you want anything different done, impossible. Seems impossible to get what you want done in any case!

This was the most amazing carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. I normally get this done 3 times a year but am so sick of paying so much for an average job. I thought I'd try these guys, and so cheap, so was thinking maybe will an average job but ok to loose the money. They were so quick and so professional. It's been half an hour since they left and I'm still admiring their work. Do yourself a favour and call this team!!! You won't regret it. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have been using Mr Lin for past few weeks for a regular domestic clean. Our house is reasonably large - so 2 or 3 ladies attend minimising the inconvenience with the duration of the clean. The staff are friendly and courteous and do a very thorough job. Mr Lin confirms service and time each week and is flexible with their times. The rates are very good too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Most appalling customer service and cleaning experience. They re-scheduled me twice at the last minute which made me re-arrange my work day around them. After finishing work early, I waited for them for 1hr30 after Mr Lin was telling me they are on their way" "they are not finished yet"... so the owner could text me by the way we're not making it to the appointment you scheduled! No professionalism. Extremely poor time management and problem solving skills for a company. Do not recommend. They will have no shame for cancelling on you."

Mr.Lin House and Garden Care have done our yard twice now. Second time we were away and completely forgot we left a huge mess on our lawn but got home midday to see that not only had they cleaned up but also moved the chairs and fire pit to the side neatly for us to do the job. Very fast workers and thorough workers.
