Nada is as good as you can find to fix & maintain any muscle injury, tension or just plain old stiffness & discomfort. She also offers advice on exercises to maintain good movement & relieve pain.

OMG Nada is amazing! I had a 60 min session with Nada today, I have been suffering from migraines and back pain for a while and have been putting off seeing someone but I am so glad I saw Nada. I feel so much more relaxed and can actually breathe. My headache is gone so I’m hoping further sessions with Nada will help the migraines subside.
