Nice place for a quick Malaysian stir fry meals.Noodles were yummy. Service was quick.

Delicious hokkien mee, enjoy the assam laksa, generally decent char kway teo but can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, and excellent sar hor fun. Pricing is getting more steep but it's the best local Malaysian in Wantirna area. Service is okay but they're very busy and straight to the point of getting you the food and out. You can also order online and opt for no msg along with other options. Dinner peak time gets very busy so be prepared to wait or order takeaway in advance for the convenience. Takeaway option is very good - the serving size and taste is still nice.

Very good Char Kuay Teow and Sar Hor Fun. The noodles are very wide and authentic and provides a taste of home (Penang & Malaysia).The Chee Cheong Fun is really good and very authentic. The Yee Mee is also very tasty and rich. And the Ice Kacang is a very nice dessert to finish our meal.

Vegetarians and pescatarians beware!!!Ordered a Hokkien Char Mee with only seafood and no chicken as takeaway. Found chicken after taking the first bite. Very disappointed. Food was otherwise good.

I had been to this place a year ago and it was good but it has gone downhill. The noodle has so much pork lard and so oily as if you have applied lip gloss after eating. When I asked the staff why the pork lard isn’t mentioned on the menu, I was told all Malaysia food has pork lard. One thumbs up was that they replaced one without pork lard for me but it’s still very oily!

Delicious Malaysian food. We got the mee goreng, chau kuey tiao, chicken rice and ice Kacang. The mee goreng and chau kuey tiao had good ‘wok hei’ or wok breath and very tasty. Good value too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Malaysian food.

Give it a go and tried the Malaysian dessert which was not my cup of tea as it tasted kind of essence* cake! Look delicious but definitely won't buy again. Probably will dine in and try for the Malaysian food instead."

This is our favourite Malaysian restaurant in Knox. Food is always consistent and tasty. This time we ordered takeaway via Uber eats and our order arrived on time, well packed and still warm. We ordered our favourite dishes, Chicken curry, beef Randeng, Singapore mee hoon and Nasi Goreng. Singapore noodles had the perfect spice level and hotness I like. Straits Cafe is highly recommended.
