Dan's always been a great place to shop. Lots of variety, great for gifts and to try something new. Also, and most importantly, it beats the competitors hands down for price. Friendly service too, nothing's too much trouble, like when my husband bought lager instead of cider. They were happy to exchange.

The organic wide is spread a cross the store. It should be in one section like before so it's easy to find. I often leave without buying cause its too hard to find organic

Don't order online from Dan Murphy, We ordered a Bottle of Woodford Reserved double Oaked as a gift and when we received the item, there was no packaging, which really isn't the gift/product we ordered. I contacted their online chat only to receive the poorest of responses that said, some stores don't have this. I said, that was a poor response and they ended the chat. They wont be getting any of my money any more and if they check my club card they will see this is the cheapest bottle of alcohol I have ever bought off of them so they will miss out. Poor service, Misleading advertising on their website, poor chat experience.

What a pleasant experience it was! I visited this shop to get some gifts for a couple who like whisky and brandy but had no idea what to get. Katie was incredible in helping me decide, so patient, friendly and genuine and even bothered to let me taste the beautiful Japanese whisky. The gentleman at the cashier with glasses was also extremely nice. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful service. I’m sure my friends will enjoy them so much!
