Can’t fault the service here. I turned up with my son without an appointment. The reception staff were all so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They managed to squeeze us in a few hours later. Reyner , the sonographer was brilliant with my son. She was friendly, engaging and put him at ease immediately. Thank you so much

I had the best experience with radiology guided treatment in this institution. My specialist was able to book me in asap and i was impressed with the cleanliness,simple yet contemporary style of the waiting areas. The equipments/machines are up to date, easy access to my account to obtain images from my scans. Staff are so nice and friendly and parking was free! Special mention to Dr Shankar Ramaswamy (Pain Specialist) is a skillful specialist, empathic and have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him and his team.

Have had over 5 obstetrics ultrasounds referred by Box Hill hospital. Every time I’ve been happy to be referred here. Kind staff and good service, and convenient parking.

Had almost all my ultrasounds here throughout my pregnancy and every single technician was absolutely amazing. They were all super kind and comforting, and seemed as excited to see toes and facial features as if it were their own little ones!Never had issues with wait times and the receptionists have always been on the ball.PS: To get the parking validated you have to park on a specific level!

Great radiology practice.Very minimal wait time on the phone and staff was very nice.I walked in for an xray and waited about 10-15mins.They bulk bill the xray whilst another place asked for $170 out of pocket!The practice and waiting room are also nice.

Reception is always very good and got me in very quickly, otherwise it would be one star. Sadly my previous experience here with the MRI team was great, but today in for a Ultrasound and it was terrible. The sonographer firstly had no idea of the condition my GP was concerned about, did not listen to and dismissed my symptoms and history. Then a second sonographer was called and without warning came in and pushed the ultrasound so hard into the painful area that I nearly jumped off the table. Then they had an open conversation about an issue they found on one side and not the other, but when I politely asked what this was regarding I was pointedly and rudely told to talk to my GP (I appreciate it’s always best to check with the referrer for a full report but I only asked what they had been discussing). It also felt very rushed, they couldn’t get me out of there quick enough. Left in much more pain than I came in with. Beware of getting an Ultrasound at this place.

Pros: free parking and nice customer serviceCons: I had two pregnancy scans in the past 2 months and both, had a “student” doing some practice, one took like 20 min before the professional had to double check everything again (like 45min appoint) too long! And second I had a “male” professional which was a bit rough on my pregnant belly and used his “muscles” to move me to sit correctly on the bed chair, and again, a student practicing on my belly without asking me at first if that was ok.When students are practicing around, would be nice to ask the Patient if we agree - for the time consuming.I went there as per requested by the box hill hospital.

Had a great experience today for my 8 week pregnancy scan. Only waited about 10 mins after my appointment time to be called. Maggie who was a student did the scan but also had Jen in the room guiding her. Feeling really nervous and emotional the ladies made me feel comfortable with their calm and friendly nature. They were happy to answer any questions I had too. We did pay for street parking but the receptionist told us we can use their free parking under the building next time.

I had a Ultrasound guided cortisone injection yesterday. I was frankly REALLY nervous. Fiona the nurse was so lovely and reassuring. I had a wait a little longer than usual in the ultrasound waiting area, but Fiona stayed with me and chatted and kept me informed about what was going on (it appeared that the previous patient had a lot of questions after her procedure… I didn’t mind this as it indicated that the radiologist was prepared to spend the necessary time with a patient even if it meant he was runna bit “late”.) When it was my turn Mark the radiologist was also reassuring, informative and efficient and as he predicted it was over before I knew it! All through the procedure Fiona offered her hand to squeeze!! (I hope I didnt break it!!)Huge appreciation to Fiona and Mark for their professionalism and reassurance. And to the reception staff who are ALWAYS so friendly and efficient. I have (been to this place several times over the past few years!! Highly recommended!
