This was not my first time there- the first time I was really happy with my eyelash extensions and the service. This time I am highly disappointed. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived on time and they weren't even open! They arrived 15 mins later and smdidnt start my extensions till 10:25am! It took the girl 1 hour and 20 mins to complete and she repeatedly got glue in my eyes. The end result was not good and today one day later half the extensions have fallen out. Voucher or no voucher I will not be returning!!

Got a voucher from Groupon after commenting on someone else's lashes who told me to go here! I was nervous as I've never had extensions before and hate when they look like spiders legs. I explained I wanted them to be natural and they are AMAZING like seriously if your looking for where to go look no further. My lashes are so natural and just perfect. Yes the Deco is a bit dated but these ladies know what they are doing!!! Go go go

Was just in for a 115minute pamper package.. Well actually it was 95minutes to be exact..Got to the place for my 10am appointment and waited 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me and saw the girl turning up for work so This was all already 10 minutes into my appointment. The girl didn't speak any English. The curtains weren't closed properly and when next door turned on the light for their client I would be blinded by the clarity.. Wasn't relaxing unfortunately, from the noises and banging to lights on and off not something I would like to repeat..Very unorganised and I honestly think the clientele they receive is all purely from Groupon. I was disappointed..

Love this place, they are always friendly and accommodating. I have had a few facials there and have booked for another in a few weeks and every time I leave there, my skin is glowing. Meyo is so lovely as well.

What did I seriously just walked into?? Honestly this is a backyard salon...it is so old and dirty looking.but I gave it a go as I had a Groupon voucher however i should have listened to my intuition as my eyelash extensions fell out 3 days later! When I went back she filled them in but again,started to fall out 4 days later.Never going back to this so called 'salon' and cannot speak English!!

Was about to purchase pampas package through Deals... but after reading most of the reviews I am doubtful that I will ?? I dont want the eyelash extensions as most of the positive comments are from those .Give me some positive feedback about their massage & facials and I will consider ...

I went there a week and a half ago. Place was okay with soothing music so I give the atmosphere about 4 stars out of 5. HOWEVER, I was there for eyelash extensions which is the real reason I'm writing this review. I bought a voucher of Groupon. If you are coming to read reviews of this place before buying a voucher too, I recommend that you DON'T buy it and take your money to a PROFESSIONAL lash extension technician.Lets start with the positives. Atmosphere was good, girls were very friendly, and after being upset at my first appointment, they asked me to come back the next day to fix my lashes. HOWEVER, I had a gap in my lashes and the the beautician did not know how to bridge lash extensions properly. That ended up with clumped lashes as she placed lashes over another. They were also made out of PLASTIC so they were extremely heavy on the eye and drooped down, making them look extremely fake. Several nights afterwards, my eyes REALLY irritated me so I rubbed my eyelid and my eyelash extensions fell out WITH my existing natural eyelashes and now I have a huge half-centimeter gap on my left eye that no eyelash technician is brave enough to bridge over.So now I have to wait 6-8 weeks before and eyelash technician will work with me because there's not one single eyelash left over for them to place the lash extension on. Girls, don't think about the savings, take your money elsewhere and pay for someone with years of expertise and positive reviews.

Where do I begin.. Firstly I will NEVER EVER go back. That place cannot be a beauty therapy place looking like it does. I have never felt more disgusted and uncomfortable in my life. It was cold and listening to Mexican/Spanish music was so aggravating.. Do yourself a favour and save your money for something else.. Pathetic!! NO STARS!!

I had eyelash extensions done here. It was my first experience with extensions so i was pretty nervous.. the lady made me feel comfortable and i am very happy with the results. Just what i wanted. Would reccomend.

The phone never ever gets answered!!! I tried calling all day yesterday and today to reschedule an appointment, but it keeps going straight to the answering machine or to the engaged dial tone. What kind of service is this?!!?!?
