At the Hair Lounge I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable during my service. The products are so gentle and smell amazing. Beautiful space with lovely atmosphere

My 6 yr old son had a haircut here today. It was our first time at the salon after reading the great reviews…… Well I wish I didn’t! What a waste of $29!! His hair is uneven and looks like I did it, the hairdresser didn’t even use hair product once finished. I was kindly offered to make another complementary appointment but I think this review would be more helpful to others.

By far the best cut & colour I’ve ever had! Chloe did such an amazing job! I left feeling incredibly happy that I got what I wanted & felt comfortable while I was there.Kate and Bob have created & styled a classically beautiful salon.10/10

Really disappointed with the service. I booked for a cut & colour & at no point was informed it would be an apprentice & was still charged the rate of a master stylist. Very misleading. My appointment was for 9.30 & was still waiting at 10.15.The cut itself was so uneven that I’ve had to rebook with another salon to have corrected.I tried to reach out personally to the salon and received no response. The in salon experience, other than waiting almost an hour was pleasant enough but really disappointing overall.

So glad I tried this place out. The interior is beautiful and welcoming. Took my 15yr old daughter for a blonde to brown change. We were both nervous but the end result was amazing. The staff were so nice and sat and had a really in-depth chat about the result we wanted and the process. Left my daughter there in capable hands and picked up a totally new kid. So confident and happy with her new look
