Haven’t had my pets groomed here I was just walking past and they (the dogs) were all beautiful and luscious and it was a heavenly sight to behold! I wish I worked here :”(

Very upset and disappointed..We had been loyal customers for over 3 years and never had an issue until now..We had regular full service grooming however, on this occasion we had booked a wash and tidy.I had dropped off our dog and said I had wanted a wash and tidy in which the staff member said do you want the body clipped. Little to my knowledge the staff member trying to upsell a full groom by asking if I wanted the body clipped a cm. I unknowingly said yes as I did not realise that a “wash and tidy” did not include clipping on the body.Boy was I mistaken.. this little miscommunication left me in tears, shaken and feeling threatened. The owner personally called me over the phone and belittled me, made me feel foolish and ensured that I understood my misunderstanding/ mistake was not his employees problem. Merely, I should have known that body clipping is not included in a “wash and tidy.”When I arrived to collect my dog I was then greeted by two staff members (one of which was the owner) who made me feel threatened and very embarrassed.I have never been made to feel this way as a customer before and I certainly hope another customer does not receive the same treatment.

I’ve been taking my dog Angel to Glamour de Fur for almost 4 years, and every single time I am so pleased with their services. They are so passionate and understanding to my dog and all the dogs who is so needy and nervous and many times I’ve seen from a distance before pick up that either my pup is on their lap while they groom others or she’s on the table with the other dogs as to be close to the groomers. They cut her fur to exactly how I ask, unless she is knotted they request for a shorter cut which is understandable as they don’t want to hurt her. However they don’t go crazy with the short length and every single time I am so happy at how gorgeous her cut is. 1000/10 recommend Glamour de Fur!

I was nervous about taking my little guy to a new groomer, but boy am I glad I did. My dog is generally anxious about going to the groomers. The team at Glamour De Fur did everything they could to make him feel comfortable, even taking extra time so they could go at my dog’s pace and not stress him out too much. A big bonus and a sense of comfort for a dog dad freak like myself was being able to see the grooming in action, not locked behind hidden doors like most other groomers. Plus, my little looks as handsome as ever!

I went here after allot of recommendations. I have an 8 month old Airedale terrier who is very full of energy. They were amazing from start to finish. Bear looks incredible, they are so caring, kind and thoughtful. They went out of the way to find a time when the salon was not busy to take Bear, they drove him home to me on their way home and I am so happy to have come across them and will continue to take Bear there if they will have him and any other dog I have. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thankyou so much for looking after Bear.

I’m a veterinarian and I trust these guys with my dogs so much. They do a glam job and are very understanding with one of my corgis who is reactive. Professional, kind and acccomodating is how I would sum up the GDF team!

As an adoring Mum of my precious Fur Baby I was a little nervous to try a new groomer, however I had seen so many dogs beautifully groomed by Glamour De Fur. I am SO thrilled with Maximillions first groom, they did an absolutely stunning job as I am sure you would agree! Although the owner Ben wasn't there today the staff were wonderful and the service was great. I was also pleased that it only took just over two and a half hours until I was sent a message that Max was ready to be picked up.We will definitely be returning!

Honey our cocker spaniel x poodle has been going to Glamour regularly for around 10 years and we have never had a bad experience. She doesn’t shake when we drop her off, and always comes home happy. They always do a thorough clean job of the ears, paws and private area and do cute hairstyles. As Honey is now 12 she has disc problems and arthritis and they are so gentle with handling her special needs. We refer all our family and friends to them because they truly are the best at their jobs!

THESE GUYS ARE MIRACLE WORKERS! I have a very energetic and an admittedly difficult (but adorably lovely) Lagotto who hates being groomed and they washed/brushed her out BEAUTIFULLY when the local vet based groomer refused to *eye roll*! I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again!
