Shop keeper was shockingly rude; she responded to queries with sharp and unnecessary remarks. She told me off, amongst others, for picking a mask on display just because I avoided picking the one on top of the stack of masks with the remark I wonder why you did that?"She seemed to magically transformed into a warm and friendly soul when a different customer walked in.It was definitely made worse by her selective behaviour to a different customer - ruling out any possibility that she is generally grouchy. Someone with lesser fortitude would have been traumatized by the encounter.Never ever encountered an experience as bad as this one in my entire life until today."

Went in to finish a lovely day off shopping at what a thought was a nice local boutique, only to be greeted by nothing but terrible, rude, blunt customer service. Then proceeded to tell me off for “helping my self” to an unlocked cabinet like I was a child, when I went to grab an item to purchase. Terrible way to run a small business. Will take my money elsewhere and surely won’t recommend this place.

I do shop locally at small businesses and always have however, I have only shopped here on the odd occasion, but never again and won’t promote to local friends at all. Extremely rude customer service …. Strange way to entice people to shop at a “local business” General conversation about a brand they stocked turned into an attack about my personal shopping habits. Interesting strategy.
