This a really great restaurant in the middle of New Farm!Firstly this place looks really cool. In fact it's just like it jumped straight out of Copenhagen.Secondly the food and wine are both great. Myself and my partner had the pescatarian degustation with matching wines, both of which were exceptional. The matched wines were very interesting and absolutely matched the food perfectly.This place comes recommended.

Fantastic degustation of fine, modern cuisine. There is a short, steep ramp at the front door, wheelchair users will require assistance. N.B. There are no wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities.

This was our second visit to Elska and it is still excellent. The food is an inspired mix of flavours and textures with an emphasis on using as much as possible of the ingredients to minimise waste. There were ingredients on the menu that I would normally avoid but they were integrated perfectly in the dishes without overpowering the flavours.

We had dinner at this fantastic restaurant on Saturday 18 March. Wow! Delicious and beautifilly presented 12 courses. Great flavours. Faultless service. The matching wines were a great choice. If I lived in Brisbane, I would be a regular visitor. If you appreciate good food, you must go!

Dining at this restaurant was an incredible experience. You could tell that every dish and every drink we were served was the result of a hell of a lot of preparation and passion. There are few restaurants in Brisbane that have so much attention to detail and ingredients and the creativity of the chefs was inspiring. We absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to go again. Go in and support this restaurant, it is a treasure.

Absolute gem.I feel very thankful to have experienced the impeccable service and fine dining at Elska. An incredible degustation with incredibly intuitive wine pairings. Solid gold.The ambiance is lovely, with alluring music, smooth lined furniture that just transports you into a world away.The timing of the dishes was ideal, allowing for total enjoyment and settling of one dish before the next. The dishes were all presented with flair and kept the taste buds on their toes, so to speak. An engaging night that transported you from one wonderful delight to the next with grace and excitement.The degustation is seasonal, which is lovely because each season brings fresh produce and a new story.Looking forward to many more beautiful degustation dinners at this neighbourhood gem.

It was a memorable dining experience at the 12-seat degustation restaurant ELSKA. The progression of each dish is designed to take you on a journey of local and native ingredients and flavours using Nordic inspired techniques.Service is impeccable. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the flavours and ingredients of each dish. The wine pairing is prefect thanks to the sommelier who knows his wine back to front.I have recently been to a 10-seat degustation restaurant in the Valley. In my opinion, I think Elska is more superior comparatively because I had more surprises, though their food is quite different in style.Will definitely come back to try the next menu in June. Well done guys.

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. A stunning and heartfelt celebration of Australian ingredients through the medium of Nordic cuisine. Passionate and enthusiastic staff helped to make this evening a journey and not just a meal. Each bite of food was an adventure for the palette. From the foraged local mushrooms to the Bonito fish caught off the coast of Brunswick Heads, flavour and texture combined to surprise and delight. The eyes were equally treated to a smorgasbord of intrigue. Not only was the presentation of the food itself a thing of beauty, the hand thrown pottery and assorted serving accoutrements were also a sight to behold. Can't wait to go back and see what their Spring menu will bring to the table.
