Dr Quy Lam has to be the best anaesthetist I've ever dealt with during a surgery. He himself was very calm, chatty and friendly and genuinely was very reassuring - being able to answer all the questions I had with great detail and context. I am absolutely phobic of being put under with anaesthetics, but he made the process very easy (all things considered) and I was able to enter the surgery without going into any panic. His nurses at the hospital were also very friendly and kind.Also, on a related note every canula I've ever had put into my arm has caused severe pain and discomfort - Dr Quy Lam was able to insert it in without any real pain and discomfort. Made the whole experience that much better!With Dr Quy Lam you will be left in very safe hands.
